I inquired about a vehicle through an online request and was not disappointed. They were very prompt about getting back to me and addressing my concerns. I spoke with Tatum Howell, she was extremely helpful, friendly, and answered my questions with speed and percision. I will definitely be getting my next vehicle from this dealership.

I highly recommend for your next vehicle purchase or lease to go with Waikem Honda. I absolutely loved my experience at Waikem Honda working with Jason Sponseller and Cory Durbin. They were both extremely knowledgeable about each of the Honda models but also really cared about what the best fit was for me. I can't be more happy with my decision to lease a 2017 Honda Civic! This was my first experience leasing and both Jason and Cory were extremely helpful in making that decision! Please consider Waikem Honda, it was such a great decision to work with this dealership!

We had a great experience at Waikem. Our associate was Duane Carnathan and we were extremely pleased with his efforts. He took the time to keep us informed on his efforts to locate a car that fit our specifications. We purchased a 2017 Pilot and would recommend using Duane.

I went to 6-7 dealerships to seek the car and deal I wanted. Buying a car is never fun (at least for me), but the dealer I had at Waikem certainly made it more interesting and reassuring of my final decision. I just bought a 2017 Honda Civic EX from them, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Patience is always a must though. Anyways, my dealer was Duane Carnathan, who is not only very kind, but does not hound you with calls and emails like most dealers of I've met. Maybe, it is just a Honda thing, because Kia doesn't stop pestering you. This man was so awesome such that he went with me to put the car of my interest side-by-side with other considerations. We compared all the cars, and I was able to easily point out pros and cons with aid of my initial online research. I like process of elimination which is exactly what was established. No other dealer did anything close to this method. I had one dealer shake my hand saying congratulations on your new car, and I never said yes to him! He showed me a price and never said anything else. Are you serious!? Duane basically gave me 75% of my research and was patient and friendly the entire time. If you buy a car at Waikem Honda, look for him right away. He never pressured me or put me in an uncomfortable situation once. He talks the talk, but can also walk the walk. I am very thankful there are people like him in the world.

Oh my God! Do NOT go to this dealership! Trying to work with these people is like being in a horror flick! The sales people are snarky, rude and non-responsive. Think customer service is top priority here? Don't bet on it! Avoid these people like the plague: Tatum, Internet Sales, Matt and Dustin, showroom sales. These people love to play games. You won't be treated fairly or respectfully here. If you want to hear of my experience in greater detail, I'm happy to share it. Just stay away. There are plenty of other Honda dealerships in NEO who will treat you with more respect. It's a wonder this dealership sells any cars!

Just bought a new 2017 Honda Odyssey from Jason at Waikem Honda. Have bought many cars in my lifetime, but this was the best experience yet. Jason is very knowledgeable, personable. and detail oriented. No pressure just quick and thorough answers to my questions. A special thank you to him for his patience in helping me with setting up some of the technology.

Our family has been coming to Waikem for our car business for a very long time. They are trustworthy and straight forward. Most recently, with the help of Jason Sponseller, I purchased my first car out of college. Jason was very helpful and made the process very smooth. Overall a great experience and couldn't be happier with the car.

This was my second vehicle purchased from Waikem Honda. Working with Dustin makes the buying process very smooth. I had a CR-v and traded it in for a HR-V.both vehicles have been great! Of course I wanted a Mulberry one and Dustin got it in within a couple of days! Awesome customer service every time!
