The place is ok. The breakfast is as expected. Coffee, tea, milk, juice and you can ask for chocolate.
Bread that you can toast and cookies. Jam and butter in spray.
Six tables and chairs for 14.
George was so nice and helpful, thanks for the God service.
The room, again, as expected was old and updated. I found a rough or two, dead. The pillows were too soft. I usually sleep with 3 so that was bad for my back but not a problem for the rest.
The bathroom door it was tricky to close and the ceiling over the shower has a little bit of mold. But the rest was OK. The front desk people was nice and they help us. I can't remember the name for the front desk girl who check us in but she was very very nice and tries to understand my family who cannot speak English well. The microwave was good, New. The fridge was regular, it never freeze the water. But it was there and good to put leftovers and cold cuts to make sandwichs
In overall it's an OK hotel. To sleep and nothing more. We prioritize going pure. If you like to stay in the hotel this is not the one for you

Room smelled of Mold plus it was visible! Photos to prove it! A candle or air fresheners WON"T help. Throat was sore after the stay of 3 days. Dangerous!

The hotel was located fairly close to old towne and you could walk just about anywhere during the day. Had a pool and a work out facility. The only reason why I am not giving a better review is because the owners were really rude, the room smelled like a cigarette, and it was surrounded by homeless people. You get what you pay for, and this was worth it if you don't mind rude owners and rowdy neighbors.

This was the WORST hotel ever!!!!!
The one star that rate is because of the price. The rest was the worst experience of our life!!! Our room was 157? I think the pullout couch that I need it for my kids the mattress had vomit that was never cleaned and told the front desk and didn't do anything about it!!!! The room Smelled disgusting! The sink faucet was all loose broken!!! So was everything on the shower!!!
But if that wasn't bad enough in the morning we got to the breakfast 5 min until 9:00 AM
What a mistake that was GEORGE the one in charge of the "kitchen" started to tell us how late it was and how there was nothing available anymore and that we needed to show up early to get breakfast! And started to go off on Us when I never EVER ask him anything I knew we where late but that wasn't his business we where in Vacations from Arizona three hours behind on time how hard is to get our kids out of bed so that wasn't his business at all!!! And to add to the mixed I keep calling back to talk to VICTOR the "manager" Never got a call back from him ever!!!! What Kind of customer service that was don't care for his customers!!!! I keep calling to talk to him while I was at the parks and never got a called back from him!!!'
Never ever had a experience like this in my life!!! I know is affordable but I didn't know that it came with getting yelled in the morning because I showed up late!!!
What a horrible experience I hope this help others!!! This is the first time that I make a effort to summit a review and I do it because it's been my worst experience so far.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures on the website of this hotel. It is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and if I wasn’t in town for work at the last minute I wouldn’t have stayed there. First my check in was at 3pm I got there at 240 I was told 45 minutes because they were understaffed not my problem but I said ok I did not get in my room until 5:40 pm. While I was waiting in the lobby the roof started leaking in several different spots smh. Back to my room I probably would have got my room faster had the attendant not been at a party in the dining hall getting some cake. I get my room and there is a old refrigerator in there along with a microwave from 1912. My room was cleaned and the towels that were took were never replaced my toilet was leaking. I woke up in the morning and my carpet was soaked where did the leak come from I don’t know. There is mold in the bathroom and the room smelled sour. There are about five ice machines and only one works what a coincidence by the front office. There are cats all around the building mating all night. There is trash everywhere nobody emptying the garbage cans or anything finally I said I’m out of here they will not get another dollar from me I’ll sleep on a bus bench before I let that happen. Room 159 again don’t be fooled people. They deserve a negative star

Staff is very nice. This is a very low cost motel. The rooms smell a bit moldy. Half my shower appeared to be recently refurbished but the plumbing was wonky and no nonslip in the tub. Microwave and mini-fridge provided in room. Internet strong. Sheets clean. A/C very cold.

Trash everywhere in the lot, literally piles of a dozen bags or more along the curb next to the dumpster, door was set at an angle (falling off its hinges) and would only shut with a harsh shove, dead bugs under the bed and in the fridge. Continental breakfast consisted of toast and cereal, not even fruit. Laundry area is outdoors and requires change but no change machine, staff at front counter "might" be able to give you some quarters. Friendly service from the staff is the only redeeming quality to this hole.

Great if you're just looking for a place to sleep. I noticed that there was no fitted sheet on the bed but made due. I did not have breakfast there. The location is close to the parks and that's why I stayed here.

I really enjoyed my stay for two weeks short one day and refunded, along with deposit! Some hotels will not. Housekeeping staff member, Blanca, was a blessing, providing excellent service and always with a smile! I always asked what was that wonderful smelling cleaner she used and she would just smile! Bed very comfortable. I also appreciated young man who served breakfast from 7-9a.m., who was always looking for ways to be a blessing and I enjoyed the breakfast! Finally, Victor, Manager, and whole staff were very courteous, just a blessing. May the Lord Jesus Continue to Bless Everyone, Thank you, LaVerne Graves

Inexpensive. You get what you pay for. Not bad but nothing to brag about. A cheap stay for those on a budget. Friendly staff.

The room was decent enough for a 30 dollar a night hotel. If you just want to have a place to sleep that is 20 mins away from the Disney parks

Worse hotel ever. Everything is from 50 years ago including the mattresses. Extremely uncomfortable. The Staff doesn't even know how to speak English and if you ask them for clean sheets, the don't even know what are you talking about. The rooms were dirty and nasty. Especially the little couch inside. I change twice the room due to water liking from the AC inside. Was even worse. My bed was thinking due to a very old bed. It was a nightmare. I know a 2 star hotel is not much but at least clean sheets and descent bed is all it needs. BEWARE!!!

Very good accommodations. They should have an environmentally friendly towel policy to reuse clean towels for a few days. Service was excellent, breakfast good for the cost. Beds comfortable and rooms clean.
