We were in Long Beach Condos, Tower 1, Room 1203. I did find out the reason these units are a step above is that they are individually owned. A management company handles the rentals in this building. There is also a security both that is manned (& women too) 24/7. If you don't have the placard on your mirror, they will NOT lift the gate for you to pass. The view from this unit is spectacular. Whether it's a clear day, a rainy day, a storm or a beautiful sunset, it's a view you'll enjoy. I know I have. The owners of this room have done something that I've never seen before. They've placed an area rug under their dining room table. This simple addition gives unit 1203 an at home feeling. The guest room (as opposed to the master bedroom) is where I stayed. They have a beach theme but it ISN'T tacky like some units I've seen. You may have to be a woman to fully understand my next comment. The bedspreads have that yummy feel to the material & they're soooo soft. They're also reversible if you want a different look during your stay. There's a nice coffee pot too. The other unique item this unit has is a crock pot. In renting condo units over the years, I have to say that the crock pot and area rug under the dining room table are firsts for me. I'd definitely rent this unit again.

The room was very nice. Balcony was small but usable. The main areas however had a very 'spring break' look and feel, so if that's not for you then steer away. There were plenty of awful smells.

My daughter-in-law all rented this place for the family to stay in why my son was the Iron Man triathlon. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The decor was beautiful and beachy, we had a beautiful ocean view, there was plenty of kitchen supplies so we could prepare meals. It worked out perfectly for us.

We got a nice room on the 7th floor. The room is great with a fridge, oven, washer/dryer, microwave. The bed is comfortable and the view from the balcony is fantastic. The location is right on the beach with easy access and there are several pools that are great as well. The center one between towers three and four is like a lagoon with little islands in the middle.

Beautiful beach, white and clean. Rooms r nice and comfortable. We stayed in room 806 , with 3 bedrooms, and rented from Anna Costine. One shower head was broken, but was fixed very quickly. If u luv the ocean, Panama City Beach is 4 u. There r lots of great restraunts, things 2 do, & places 2 shop. Highly recommend!!!!

The rooms were very dirty and believe it or not we were greeted at our door by a family of gofer rats. The entire family. They did transfer us however the next room the owner did not pay the cable bill so we did not have cable or internet. They again transferred us again only to find more rats in the building. I do understand that the hall ways are public but these animals carry rabies and with small children this is an accident waiting to happen. When we tried to get a refund they stated we could not get our cleaning fees and other charges as they were non refundable. They did not offer to move us to another property which later I find out they could have if wanted to. The only good thing here was your view is amazing and the team on site trying to fix the disaster was very sweet but little they could do without the management company approving it. We have pics but did not want to post them until we give the company enough time to correct this for us.

This is a good place to stay. We were in room 603-tower 3 The balconies are HUGE they have a door to get out and in. The balcony in the living room/dining area, and they also have a door to get in and out or to and from the balcony in the bedroom. Great access to the ocean and pools. But the only down side is you have to buy your own everything. They don't give you plates or anything like soap, nothing no trash bags either. Also there is no room service. There is a washer and dryer, they don't bring you anymore towels you wash your own. They don't make your beds or anything like that. Pretty much it's a hotel that you do it all yourself, and buy it all yourself. Other than this it's a great place to stay. It is across from all kinds of shops and has great access to very good food and shopping areas. Very nice place.

My husband and I spent our anniversary at Long Beach resort this past weekend. We had such an amazing time and the resort was perfect! The women at the front desk were very kind, helpful and accommodating. We were in room 902 in tower 3 and it was perfect! Such a beautiful view!!!! We got the deluxe one bedroom and we're very pleased with how spacious it was. Everything was very nice and the pool was also amazing! Overall we had an amazing time and will definitely be back!!

Fantastic Experience; highly recommend! We stayed a week in Tower 3; Unit 203. It was clean, nicely furnished and well maintained. Everything was new including the cabinets, furniture and appliances. Since we were on the second floor we had an amazing view of the ocean and we were able to hear the water. It felt like we never left the beach when we opened the balcony doors. We request this condo every year when we come down from Virginia. You pay for what you get so if you want to guarantee a fun family vacation then stay here.

Condo is in good shape. We stayed in tower 3 on the 11th floor and the view was great. Some of the pools are heated which is great in March. The hot tubs are hot. One of the best things is the location. This place is convenient to everything. Probably the best place I've stayed here in terms of location.

The view was TOP NOTCH! That's why I'm giving a 2. There were many items with issues, including, but not limited to, room not being clean (clean towels, sheets there was no clean floor with coffee all over them and dirty molded dishes.. I'd like to know what you are "PAYING" with the "CLEAN FEE" , construction men hanging out side our room or very near by on steps, saying unprofessional things as well as making you feel unsafe if alone. Maybe it's because it had been so late in the year with all these issues. Still for the current $82. it's not worth it with these issues.

The family has been visiting this place for years. They have kept it up well. The rentals are hit or miss. Some keep the unit up well and others not so much. I have had to fix a few things in our unit this time but usually it is not the case. That is not the complexes fault though. The polls are fantastic and the beach is perfect. I hope one day to buy a unit here for the family and to rent.
