The Landmark Resort is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are clean. The personnel are friendly and helpful. I would come back and definitely recommend this place

Nice staff, roomy 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with porch overlooking gorgeous Beach. Washer and dryer + basics. Somewhat dated but clean and comfortable. Pool is indoor. NO BEACH SERVICE AFTER NOV 1!! So bring Beach chairs and umbrella or plan to buy them.

We have an awesome beachfront room on the 7th floor of 14. Fully furnished condo. The staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely enjoying our stay.

Big hotel/condo units. Every condo has a gulf view. Nice place, nice people, club house on the 16th floor. I give three stars because of no ice machine, no bar, no restaurant. But plenty of places within walking distance.

For the most part the employees were respectful and pleasant to be around. The suite was clean and well kept and the location was great since it was located directly on the beach.

In laws have a time share here. Activities available during day and evening. Good clean beach area with chair rentals. Close to tourist activities but far enough to be private.

Love coming here year after year! Great family fun and clean nice private beaches. No ice maker kinda stinks this year, and so many teenage kids in the Jacuzzi at night isn't too cool. I wish they'd say only over 18 after 9 so adults could have even an hour to unwind in the hot tub! Otherwise love the Landmark!

Location on beach. Spa and indoor are clean. There still many original owners of first issued timeshare deeds. Property is well maintained. Upgrades occur frequently to decor of apartments.

The rooms are large for a vacation condo. We easily slept the 6 of us not problem. The beach is right out the back and I frequently opened up the sliding doors to hear the waves. Kids loved it. We would hit the guild to swim then head over to the pool and hot tub to relax and swim before heading to the room. The only real complaint I have is the dishwasher. It did not work very well, but since there was only enough dishes for 6, it wasn't too bad.

Our family vacation spot for many years, we enjoy the other guests that are always down the same week we are. I had no idea we were getting friends and family along with our condo! Nice spot!

This place has fallen deeply into disrepair. When we arrived, the room had only received a surface clean; there was sand all over the floor, there were sticky places on the floors and counter, and the door to the balcony would not open.
The walls, trim, furniture, and furnishings are all beaten, dinged, scratched, patched, scuffed, and worn. Any repair/renovation is poor at best. I've slept in many hotels, motels, and less than favorable places, and the beds in this place are the worst; I'd rather sleep on rocks. Everybody in our party has been waking up with sore backs every day, and half of us are under 40.
I would never NEVER recommend this place to anybody.response / report this review -

The best for a beach vacation. 2 & 3 bedroom units for family. Indoor pool. Great staff. Anything you need they try to help. Maintenance always there when you need. Beach beautiful white gulf sand. Churches,shopping & restaurants at your finger tips. We go 2 times a year. Spring & fall.
