I'm so glad we booked our vacation with Sterling Resorts, Splash was incredible! When my family wasn't at the beach we were floating along the lazy river or grabbing a drink at the pool side bar. Rooms were clean and the staff was super friendly. This resort offers a lot, will book again!

Each person will have a different experience at the SPLASH! resort since the rooms are all cared for by different people on different ways. However, the overall facility/bar/pools are cared for by the SPLASH! staff.

I gave the resort a 4 because it has great access to the beach, parking, and pools for the kids (and at least our room was wonderful, with great views, comfort, and amenities). However, the public part of the building could use a good bit of TLC since it is constantly besieged by the salty humidity (rust, weathered equipment, etc). Also, the two elevators for each building are not sufficient to transport the amount people needing them. There is usually a wait at the part of the day where everyone is out at the beach.

I have never in my life been treated so poorly in my life! I booked my condo in February, paid in full. Two weeks later we were notified that the condo we had booked was demolished by previous visitors so we were being comped to the penthouse. We were informed yesterday, 4 days before we are due to arrive, that the owner of the penthouse condo did not want to give out their condo. So now we are being moved to a whole other hotel. That does not have the amenities for children, which is what we paid for at the Splash. The Splash informed us that their is nothing they can do, no monetary reimbursement or comp for our huge inconvenience. My whole family has stayed at the Splash for the last 5 years and I am appalled at the treated that my family and I have received. NEVER AGAIN!!! The has been so very disheartening!!!!
