Not Biker friendly !!! The room has had some upgrades but, Tuesday buy a parking pass for the motorcycle, by Thursday we're told to park across the street. Never mentioned at check in when buying the extra permit to park. The facility is nice but keep your bike away from the main building they always say it will get towed. The residents are nicer than some of the staff towards bikers. Little do they know what our hobby cost.

We stayed for a long weekend August 2017. It is absolutely amazing. My family loved it. Our room was nice & the location is GREAT. The pools & hot tubs are great & the staff is very nice. There is a phenomenal place across the street to eat too, Mike's!!

Loved the view but was charged an additional $72.55 for makeup that was left on 3 towels before they were washed!! Never staying here again.

Worst experience! Hotel cancelled my reservation TWO times! first they claimed there was something wrong with my method of payment. I had to call my bank and they confirmed there was nothing wrong!! Not even an attempt to withdraw any payment They did the reservation for me again and confirmed it went through. I arrived at the hotel office and they confirmed reservation was there, at that time they had me pay for the parking voucher. I left the hotel and came back a little bit later to check in and that's when they let me know AGAIN there was no reservation under my name they gave no explanation when I asked. I am NEVER attempting to stay there again.

We absolutely love it here Only wish there were Adult swim times.. Would be awesome to enjoy the heated pool, hot tub and steam room Which is super nice

I stayed here a couple years ago and just a few months ago. I just love it! The place was kept very nice the balcony was huge and wonderful views from there. I love just a few minutes to the beach. Plus, restaurants and shopping close by! I never had a problem with parking. I can't wait to go back soon.

Absolutely the most beautiful beach I've stayed at the water was as clear as Hawaii.the room was spacious and very clean all the attendances were friendly and helpful planning to come again in a few months. We've named it our spot. Loved it

If you are looking for a condo in PCB, Emerald Isle is a good option. The rooms are large and well laid out. Ours was two bedrooms (both king sized beds) and two nice sized bathrooms. The patio area is the selling point though. Great views of the ocean and they are totally private. There are two pools (one is partially shaded) and a smaller hot tub. Another selling point is ease of access. You can be on the beach from your room in 5 minutes or less. There is practically no walk. The crowd can be a little interesting, but that's PCB and not specific to this resort. If you want something more upscale try somewhere on 30A.
