Definitely would stay again! This property is well maintained, and It is located right next to the beach. We were pleased by the assistance of Ann, who worked at the front desk. She was friendly and offered nice suggestions. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of our room. It was neatly arranged with a view of the beautiful ocean.

It's an older building so don't expect a lot of fancy decor but it is simple and decent. The price is reasonable especially because every room has a kitchenette. It looks like they are renovating so I can't wait to see what the rooms look like when they are done. I love the fact that the beach is basically your backyard along with a pool and a hot tub. It's quiet and relaxing; just what I needed and it's only about 10 minutes away from Pier Park.

Great hotel for great value. Clean rooms, spacious and right on the private side of the beach. Hot tub and swimming pool were also available. Adrian from the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back since staff and hotel were perfect.

It's an older hotel but nice amenities. Nice pool area with great hotel bar just steps away from the beach. Short walk from room to the beach. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Private balconies but not sure if you can get adjoining rooms. If you want fewer people on the beach this is the place. This hotel is bordered by houses on one side and small hotel on the other. This is the west side of Panama city Beach so traffic is light. We will be coming back.

Our father is a recent amputee and when we arrived that evening and asked for something handicap accessible the people at the desk were super at accommodating us. The morning desk people were no different, super helpful and super nice. This is our second time here and we will definitely be back. I would recommend to anyone.

The rooms numbered in 100's are a pain because they are in front of the pool and near the bar which is loud. You have to go up stairs to get to the front. The views do face the ocean which is nice. The staff are nice. The rooms do need a makeover. They are well worn. The bathrooms are small. Overall, the beachfront is lovely but this is a family oriented 2 star facility.

Such an amazing place! First time here. Housekeeping was very attentive to any want or need that we had. The oceanfront view was so beautiful and pristine. A quiet place. Sitting out on the balcony and all that could be heard was the sound of the waves meeting the beach. We rented loungers on the beach and John was great! My Mother is older and if she needed anything at all while I was in the water he took care of it immediately. I am definitely coming back next year.

Pros: Amazing ocean views- it was great to step out & be right on the beach. Make sure to request an ocean view room otherwise you get a parking lot view. It's definitely a quite area and the staff is extremely friendly. They always had a smile on their face & were very helpful. The rooms themselves are very clean. No complaints there.
Cons: The rooms were okay- but definitely would have liked more space. The location is about 15 minutes from restaurants and the "downtown area" where all the stores and places to eat are: it isn't horrible. The cleaning products they use are extremely potent and we literally had to leave the door open for a while to air it out. It was way too strong.

Room was clean and nice. The full sized refrigerator was a nice touch even though I didn't really take advantage of it. The staff was friendly and courteous.

Great location. So many restaurants to choose from. The room is nice the only thing is there is no closet space. Everyone doesn't use the dresser drawers provided but overall a nice place to stay right off of the beach.

Great hotel, great price We were trying to get away cheap before the birth of our 2nd child so we came here for a week from Iowa. The hotel is at 100% capacity and you can't tell. There is still always a parking spot. The beach is wonderful! Not crowded. The heated pool and hot tub are great for the evening. They have a "Green Housekeeping" policy, where if you opt out of housekeeping on any/every day of your stay, the knock off $5 per day! Still an economy hotel, not a resort, but great for the cost. Seems to be about 10 down from the major city center and big resorts, so it's away from all the crowds.

The rooms are very clean and nice. The shower is small but the bathroom is also well kept with good water pressure. The beds are comfortable and the overall appearance is very homey, best of all the balcony overlooks the beach which is within walking distance. However, if the ocean is too cold the heated pool will warm u right up.

This hotel is great place to go and get away when visiting Panama city Beach. The rooms are clean and big. Loved the deck which looked like it was new. The pool was heated which I wish every hotel would do. It had a jacuzzi and the lady who checked us in was friendly and informative. It was close by to all the activities and the beach was clean and not very busy but it was probably the time we went. I had the top floor with the balcony view of the ocean which was awesome and private and pretty big. I definitely would recommend this hotel. The only thing it needs is hotter water in the shower and a tub. Also a light in the shower would be nice.
