Rude staff. Quoted one price on phone then told another when I got there. Was also told they had rooms available that was not the case when I showed up later the same day.

Charming and dated old-time motel. Maybe 100 feet from the sparkling sand on the beach. Several dining options within walking distance. Friendly, helpful staff. The rooms have a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron, and spotty WiFi. The sheets, furniture, room all spotless and very dated. A no frills affordable place to end the weekend or week.

We stayed 5 days reasonably priced close to the beach. Rooms are small but for 2 people it's fine. Hotel is older and needs repairs but for the money we would stay there again.

The family room we rented was fantastic. Bunk beds for the kids and two full mattresses. The front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly.

Absolutely horrible. The room was nothing like the pictures. You can tell where the room.had been flooded before about 2 inches deep. The water line was visible on the walls and the doors were falling apart. There was putty all over the walls from very poor construction work. It is like they stopped construction. To let us stay. The floors were so filthy they turned your feet black if you walked on them barefoot. Electrical cords were everywhere. You can tell that whomever looks after this place just really doesn't care about its appearance. Oh, and the bed was very worn out as well. I will never stay here again!

This motel over charges big time. Also, someone with a key (was an employee with a key, there was no damage to the door) came in my room, then left the door wide open. Called the front desk, clerk on duty sounded high, then we saw him pass something to be guy. No table with chairs in our room like their photo on the web shows, back and front doors have no seal or weather stripping at base of door to them, can see big gaps with sunlight coming through. The A/C unit only works on low setting. The shower head is punny with hard stream of water that hurts. The room smells every time we come inthink its the filthy carpet. Photos on their website are not what this room really is. For being charged over 350.00 for 3 days, never again will we stay here.

The room smelled really bad and there were cockroaches everywhere Outside and inside. But we were able to switch rooms at 1am, and while that room wasn't much better, there were no cockroaches. If we'd spent the money we spent on air freshener on a better place to stay, we would have been much happier. The pool was nice, but everything else was dirty. There were "no smoking" signs posted, but nobody enforced this.

Nice place for a budget hotel, no bed bugs or any bugs for that matter

Not very nice. A used bar of soap was in the shower from the guest before us. Bed was very comfortable but pool was not heated. It isnt the worst place I have ever stayed but foe $100 a night not worth it!

I'm a local. Went down to view the rooms for my parents to have a place to come hang out often. The manager took us to the remodeled room which was clean and nice. When they checked in Saturday (for my dad's birthday), they had a terrible run down room. The toilets would barely flush. The paint peeling off the walls. My mom couldn't sleep the first night because of the stale smoke smell in there "non smoking room" . The manager said they are all non smoking rooms but people do smoke in them anyway; This room smelled like a bar. Finally they left the next day and forfeited the money they had spent for another night because it was so bad. I am embarrassed that I sent them there and will tell everyone I know to stay away from this place.

This is a budget motel with a very short walk to the beach. The rooms are adequate and there is a pool on site. It is a great value to be less then a 2 minute walk to the beach. If you want modern updated rooms this is not your place but you will pay triple the amount anywhere else that is this close to the beach. Surf shops, restaurants, convince store are all located within walking distance. Panama City Beach is a very nice Gulf beach. I would stay here again. Staff are very welcoming and friendly.
