  Great place to stay. Booked a one-bedroom, two-bath unit online. Assigned a unit on the 21st floor overlooking the Gulf. Gorgeous views, hugs balcony, fully equipped kitchen and comfy beds. What's not to like? Walking distance to Wal-Mart, Target, CVS, The Fresh Market, etc.

  We had a great time. The condo (2404) was comfortable and clean. Great views and sunsets, beach access and located to restaurants within walking distance.

  We stayed a week in Sept and really enjoyed the Condo and the facility as a whole. Fast elevators, easy parking and easy beach access. It needs a tiki bar or something. The pools are fantastic. The hot tubs are only marginal. Great location close to Pier Park and Gulf World.

  Loved this place stayed for an entire week. Best vacation ever unit 1206 was very nice and the view was absolutely amazing. The only concern I have is the elevators seen a little slow other than that this place is flawless.

  I have never stayed at a place that was as clean and well maintained. Beautiful, roomy units and lots of amenities. Great location on the beach.

  This was our first stay at the sunrise Beach condo. We stayed in room 1110 and loved it. The beds were super comfortable and the accommodations were top notch. Their parking was better than any condo parking I have experienced in years. I highly recommend it.

  Pretty decent lodging. Was not the greatest but sufficed. There are two pools and one was closed and the water and elevators kept being taken out for service during our stay. The balcony with ocean view was spectacular and the beds were pretty comfy. I would suggest ratchet straps if you intend to use the trundle with day bed for a larger bed.

  Nice condo, privately owned units, the one we were in was really well kept. Close to pier park and right on the beach this place has a lot to offer.

  Went for the 4th of July week. Our room was on the 11th floor. It took on average 20 min to get an elevator and then there were 15 people on it. Our room 1109 was nasty when we checked in. Floors and sheets were dirty. The security team likes to harass people at the pool. If you want to spend a lot of money waiting on elevators and cleaning your room then this is the place to stay
