Clean and comfortable. Very nice area. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but looked very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately we were in the older building (they are renovating all buildings). Needed some improvement. I would have rated the resort 5star if we were in one of the newer buildings. Just enough off the strip for peace and quiet, yet close enough to get to shows in a short amount of time.

Friendly staff, nicely maintained property with many activities to enjoy and the security really allows you to feel safe. This is a bluegreen timeshare property, they are in my opinion an awesome time share. I am a satisfied owner!

Very fancy and has 3 - 4 pools indoor and outdoor. Very nice rooms. There's a kitchen, hot tub, shower, closets, big screen TV, outdoor porch, dining room, and a living room!

As part of bluegreen we stayed here. I upgraded to an "apartment studio, with kitchen and balcony" the room I got instead was no bigger than a holding cell. Not one. House keeper in 5 days and when the parking lot is full and you're all the way in the back you have to park in front and walk. TV is about the size of the microwave. Coffee pot on the "bar" has no outlet. Refrigerator is cute Can fit about a 6 pack. Not happy with this place at all. Especially when there are a ton of other places and companies

What a very welcoming staff. Our rooms were very clean. Any questions we had the staff was able to answer. Everything you need is in the unit. Very comfortable beds. Pools and hot tubs are great. We will be back.

It's nice and quiet back here with a short ride to the strip. There is plenty of parking, even for our big bike trailer. The rooms are clean.

Now for the strange bits.. They give you a full size coffee pot that makes 10 cups, but only 1 coffee packet that will make 2 cups of coffee at best. The full sized refrigerator makes about 1 ice cube an hour. You can hear it struggling to produce each. We have 2 rooms and both rooms' fridges are like this. There is only 1 spot to hang towels with no real room for a hand towel. Overall it's not horrible, but could use a fresh look at what they're offering.

Great service at front desk; even remembered us on a secondary visit to desk a day or 2 later. Had a call in at concierge which had a long line, but totally made up for it when talking about visit. Super helpful. Been Bluegreen owners for few years, and she was informing us on a couple of things that we forgot about. Great room. 1 bedroom deluxe has great jacuzzi bath tub. If you have 2 bedroom there is no connecting doors in bldg 1 not sure about rest. Pools and sauna in nice shape. Hot tub jets were angled up so water is splashes a lot and not on timer so stop it when done. Great trip over all.

Very nice place off main street of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee for Blue Green owners, except for being placed on the very bottom level, no elevator to that level, have to walk up and down steps, especially hard on older people, and getting luggage and other items down and up the steps. But it's convenient for us when we have meetings at places there in Pigeon Forge.

Condo well stocked and clean. Everything in working order. We arrived to check in at 3:45 p.m. We were old unit was not ready and return at 4 p.m. Went to car and returned at 4:10 p.m. Still not ready. Asked to change rooms. Agent balked and I insisted. She finally agreed to check as others were given keys or told to wait as we did. We finally were given a room at 4:30 p.m. as others continued to wait.

The place is in good proximity to the Pigeon Forge main strip. However, the furniture was dated and the room we stayed in was a little too cramped. The sofa bed hit the small table opening it, so I had to squeeze the table right up against the wall to make room for the bed, making the table unuseable. The other room that our family stayed in had much more space. It had more of a master bedroom and bathroom layout.

We had a view of a pool under construction. The other pool was small in comparison to other Blue Green resorts we stayed in. There was a silver fish in our bed which freaked my wife out. The bedroom was in the front of the room, so the noise from people walking by was disturbing.
