Always a nice place to stay for a weekend visit. Close to UT campus as well as convenient to downtown and the Old City.

My stay was great overall! The only issue for me was the lack of lighting over the sink and bathroom areas. Would consider staying again.

Good value for money hotel. Comfortable bed and fairly spacious rooms. Color scheme does seem a little drab compared to more modern premises but that is a very minor flaw in what was a most enjoyable stay.

This older facility is clean, comfortable and within walking distance of many great restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, for the cost, no continental breakfast and no indoor or outdoor pool?

We had a very nice stay in a King delux room. The room was perfect. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right down town and just off the UT campus.

Great location that is a short walk to Market Square. Staff and management are professional and friendly at the same time. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable with a good selection of pillows. The only place I stay when in Knoxville.

The rooms are large and newly renovated. Great view of downtown even though there's a lot of construction going on around the UT campus. Desk staff were exceptional!

The price was better than anyone in downtown for a much larger room than I could have gotten anywhere else. The staff was fast and friendly whenever I needed something, and the whole place felt extreemyl clean and smoothly ran.

Huge rooms, great location near downtown Knoxville. The staff was friendly and helpful, though there weren't enough parking spots for the guests!

A moderate walk to downtown but acceptable on a spring break or summer day. The rooms are a great size including a spacious bathroom. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They often have complimentary samples throughout the week as well. Worth staying here for a moderate length stay (3-4 days)

My traveling leather jewelry box was stolen from my room during my stay. Luckily, I had nothing much of value inside it at the time, but it was still upsetting because I had the Do Not Disturb sign up, and door locked, of course. Also, management was very unconcerned about helping me attenpt track it down. I had to call multiple times to even get a response. You can do a lot better for you money in the Knoxville area.and hopefully have more peace of mind when leaving your room for the day.
