Great location, decent rate with a restaurant and lounge. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Ordered breakfast that came on time and was very good. Would have gave 5* but one of my annoying things about hotels is house keeping knocking on your door way before check out time.

I have stayed here 3 times over the past 3 weeks and I have enjoyed every minute. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are extremely comfortable and roomy. I will continue to use this hotel for all of my visits to Knoxville..

This is our go to hotel when passing through Knoxville. Walking distance to market square and directly next to the convention center. Hotel is always really nice and clean, and the staff has always been kind and helpful. Bar/restaurant is also very nice. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff were super polite an accommodating, on site free parking. Great view of the city or the park. Rooms are spacious, beds were clean and comfy. Had all your regular amenities, full bathroom and a decent sized tv. Lounge looked fantastic.

Meh. For the price of a downtown hotel, I guess it's not too bad. But the road noise was maddening and I woke up multiple times during the night. I even heard someone's car stereo as they drove by at 4 am. The bathrooms are very tiny and it's hard to regulate the temperature in the room. The restaurant and bar closed pretty early although the food was very good when I was able to get it. I recommend the wings and the fries.

Attended a conference at this hotel. Accommodations were nice and as expected for this hotel chain. Some of the food served at the conference wasn't great (ex- weakest coffee ever), but that may have been as much the event planners as the catering staff. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Knoxville, super close to lots of downtown things.

We stayed overnight a few weeks ago and it was a pleasant experience. There is a parking garage, plus a 12 dollar fee per night to park there which I thought was kind of expensive when you are already paying good money for the room. I wasn't very happy about that but it is what it is. Otherwise at check-in/check out, the front desk clerk were friendly and effecient so it was quick procedure. The rooms are big with a nice view. My favorite part was the bed, it was so comfortable. I rarely sleep well away from home and my bed, I can't remember ever having a good night's sleep in a hotel bed until this stay. The pillows were even perfect which was a relief since I forgot my pillow at home. They have lots of amenities that we didn't get to use cause we were on there overnight. One cool thing is they shuttled us to a concert we were going to for free which saved us cab fare and would of came and picked us back up too if we'd have needed them to. All and all it was a great overnight trip for us and would definitely stay there again.

Got the hotel in discount. No vending machines for late night water runs, but they did have bottle water at the desk late night but were hesitant to give. They have a great pool open until 11 pm. My daughter's had a great time swimming. 9 minute walk to market square and Gay St. It's right in the 1982 world fair park. Had a great view of the sun sphere. Sun sphere was free admission.

We were treated great! We stayed here incidentally two days after our wedding and when the staff found out we were newlyweds, they set us up with a suite and sent up a bottle of champagne. It was completely unexpected and was such a nice gesture. The room was nice and the breakfast with the suite was delicious! We will stay again when in Knoxville.

A room upgrade, fantastic b-fast service, my overnight parking fee waived & complimentary 3mile radius hotel shuttle.. makes for the most pleasant stay I've had in recent memory. Every employee seemed pleasantly engaged!

We stayed here for the 2017 Don't Give Up Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses. We loved this hotel. It's a great location, walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants downtown. It is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The views from our room on the 8th floor were beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely stay here again!

A very nice location in the heart of Knoxville, that doesn't feel cramped and congested like some downtown-hotels can. Spacious and sleek. The fitness center and pool are nice as well.

The rooms were clean and smelled fresh, the staff was very friendly, overall a very pleasant stay.

It meet the high expectations of the brand, and then some.

Nice hotel and staff. You do have to pay to park on site, put that is common now for a downtown hotel. Hotel is within walking distance of fantastic downtown and historic restaurants and attractions. The pool was nice. I would recommend and stay again.

Easy access from I-40. All of my interactions with the staff were pleasant. The room had a nice view of the Knoxville skyline. I ate a bacon cheeseburger in the restaurant at the hotel. Once again it was an excellent experience. The hotel is within walking distance of several attractions and a across the street from the convention center.
