We had a nice stay. The pools were warm and the hot tub was a welcome place after the day's walkingthe only thing is there was no microwave in our room. We had a mini fridge and a Keurig coffee maker, but no microwave. Otherwise than that, the staff was awesome, the breakfast was outstanding, free popcorn and tea in the evenings, free cookies during the day. The fireplace was also a great addition! We will definitely stay here again, even if there's not a microwave in the room

Very nice hotel for Pigeon Forge area, staff is very nice and helpful. Really good breakfast bar. Something I noticed every time we have stayed is the large amount of staff they have working. Very impressed with the staff and cleanliness of the place.

The staff was amazing throughout our entire stay, especially the staff that worked the morning breakfast area. We enjoyed playing checkers in front of the fireplace in the lobby while we enjoyed the nightly popcorn. We enjoyed sitting out by the fire pit in the evening. The hotel was kept amazing clean in all areas. My son enjoyed the pool too.
The hotel is located right near everything. Even when traffic was heavy, it never took us too long to get where we were wanting to go.

We were impressed with the The Inn on the River Pigeon Forge from my initial phone call to reserve a room to checking out. We enjoyed the indoor pool, the great staff, comfy bed, and soft sheets. Our room was super clean! We enjoyed breakfast by the river before leaving. This hotel has thoughtful extras that go a long way. We will come back and stay longer next time!

Very clean! Guest needs are #1 priority! The breakfast was excellent. They also had coffee, tea, water and cookies available any time and popcorn in the evening. Pools and hot tub were very nice. Loved the patio with rocking chairs and tables facing the river. This is by far one of the best places we have ever stayed.
The only negative would be the cost. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for!! I definitely will be coming back.response / report this review -

The Inn on the River is spectacularly beautiful & very relaxing to stay at. The hospitality is excellent. The restuarant quality is 5 star. I definitely will come again.

Stayed in a deluxe room with 2 queen beds, very clean and a nice view of the river. Hotel staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast has many options. Popcorn is served in the evenings which was a nice touch. Located right in the heart of Pigeon Forge with many things within walking distance. Would recommend this hotel to others and plan to stay here again in the future.

Plenty of choices for breakfast, and tasty! Excellent location to all the area attractions. Comfortable beds, good service, clean and attractive room. Love the outdoor patio with rocking chairs. Omits the need for a balcony and saved us a little money, as we are not smokers. We've stayed here twice and been happy with it both times.

Indoor and outdoor pools make planning around weather easy. Our room's patio looks out to the river and it's been lovely watching the ducks swim by. Hot tea and popcorn are available in the evenings, along with coffee and hot cocoa. Breakfast in the morning is more than just apples and donuts-- they have a FULL breakfast buffet of biscuits, gravy, grits, sausages eggs, plenty. It's the best place to stay if you prefer hotels to cabins.

Great place to stay. Excellent staff, clean, comfy rooms. Breakfast has a good variety too. Outside surroundings gets you away from the "strip". You can enjoy the river, the rocking chairs, and the fire pit. Loved the popcorn in the lobby in the evenings and also liked the Bath and Body extras. Definitely would stay there again. 😊

We stayed here last year and had such a wonderful experience that we booked with them again this year. Check-in is always a breeze, the whole place is extremely clean, and every team member seems genuinely happy. The whole place is quiet, even if you have a room next to the elevator / ice machine. The adjustable showerhead is a definite plus when you come back from a day out and don't want a harsh flow on your new sunburn :) They really go above and beyond with their breakfast, and if you choose to eat under the covered patio you might be visited by the local ducks, birds, and squirrels that live around the river.

What a pretty place for an inn. You have the little Pigeon river running right behind the hotel and rockers lined up on the veranda to sit and relax and watch the ducks splashing in the rippling water. Clean hotel with lots of new updates. Extensive free breakfast and free sweet tea and popcorn from 7-10 pm. Located on the Parkway in the middle of the action in walking distance to many attraction and restaurants. Two pools, one in, one out with a hot tub inside. Very clean with plenty of clean towels.

Spent this weekend there with my family and we were VERY happy! Beautiful, Clean inside and out. The staff was amazing and the manager even took time out to have a conversation with my husband and son about the wildlife on the property. Breakfast was great, enjoyed by the river. Wish the pool stayed open a little later but hey, everything was wonderful! We will stay again :)
