5 stars for customer service. Dana at the desk was super nice remembered us and our room number hours after checking in, and helped us get get an extended late check out to accommodate us when we were in town for a funeral. Thanks

Nice hotel in good location. Room was well furnished with a separate kitchenette and seating area off of the bedroom. The staff is kind and courteous. Would definitely stay again.

Great Stay! Our room was great. My fiance` and I will stay at this property again in the future when traveling to the area. Nicolette was very friendly, courteous and helpful with directions and suggestions.

Beautiful common areas. Friendly staff. Jacuzzi tub in the bedroom, in addition to the bathtub/shower in the bathroom! Microwave and fridge in the room. Comfortable beds. Didn't use them, but noticed the swimming pool, workout facility, bar, and restaurant. Clean facility with plenty of parking in a convenient location.

Front desk staff was courteous. Housekeeping was thorough. But most importantly, their new bartender Adam Oakes is the reason this review is 5 stars and not 4. The drinks he made were stiff yet delightful. He poured a perfect head every time. I might start making this place my go-to Friday night bar.

Cozy, quiet stay! Room was very nice and clean. Love that had a choice to watch TV with out sitting where I am going to sleep. Did get in the pool. The pool hours were late. That was good.

Had an extremely pleasant stay:) the staff was impeccable11-? Shift). They went above and beyond to accommodate our families wants and needs. We stayed in room #416. My husband and enjoyed the privacy of having our own room and our children having their space. I will say that we were disappointed to not have the free breakfast. If i were to criticize anything it would be the mattress on the pull out sofa. It felt extremely uncomfortable as the springs were poking thru. Other than that, so far we have really enjoyed our evening.

The front desk staff we very friendly up to n my arrive and quickly got me checked in. As this was my first time T this location it was a great first impression. My room was clean and setup for my stay. I used the business station and was happy with the ease at which I could print my documents. The breakfast was good, although it could have been a little hotter, but I was there at 8am so it was more than satisfactory. I would definitely stay here again.

The hospitality at this hotel is so great that I try to stay here each time I come to the Raleigh area. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and it is the only hotel that I've stayed in where they call the room a few minutes after you've checked in to make sure your room is to your liking.
The fitness room has cardio and weight equipment, and if you feel like going outside for a jog, hop on the sidewalk, take your first 5 lefts and the block is just over a mile in length putting you right back in front of the hotel with little interference with traffic (parking lots).
Breakfast and dinner are both delicious, although to keep my expenses down I'll sometimes buy groceries. Unlike other hotels in the area a standard room comes with both a small fridge and microwave.response / report this review
