Thank you Kathy and all the staff for making our stay a memorable one. The breakfast was hot and delicious with variety of choices. There was always fresh baked cookies and fruit in the lobby. I recommend this hotel if you are ever in the area.

3 star hotel with top notch customer service and staff. It's by the airport and meant to be an overnighter but we had business which had us there for a few days. The reception staff were outstanding. The continental breakfast was fresh and had more options then most of these travel hotels. Sunday has beacon too. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. I would definitely stay there again. We reserved through trevago to and paid some $60-$70 a night.

BE AWARE THIS IS NEAR THE AIRPORT!! You will hear the planes take off. My boyfriend and I stayed here over Labor day weekend from Friday night to Sunday morning. Overall the room was clean. Housekeeping actually cleaned the room and bathroom and replaced the towels and wash cloths. There can definitely be room improvements.The door handle to our bathroom came off a little and we notified the front desk. I would stay at this hotel again, maybe not in Raleigh but would give it another chance in another state or city. Other than the few room improvements, I would recommend this hotel. Breakfast wasn't the best however so I would recommend going to like Hardees or somewhere for breakfast.

Customer service is great and you will not regret your stay. Being here made me feel like a King. They also have a breakfast bar with fresh hot food and breakfast start at 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. they also have a wonderful cleaning service with respectable customer service added to that. Also awesome front desk clerks.🖒🖒

As we pull up to the hotel an airplane takes off directly above us and i think, oh great. Amazingly, even though we were on the top floor we could barely hear the planes. Kids love the cookies and hot chocolate. Room was big, the ac unit was a little outdated but still kept the room nice and cool. Pool and hot tub open early and stay open late. Breakfast was ok, nothing too special but was hot.

Complimentary Breakfast is a plus, rooms are clean, quiet, and up to date. Staff are hospitable. However my wife and I were disjointed because the hot tub want available.

Spacious rooms, decent breakfast options. Rooms look a bit older. Very good sound insulation as aircraft engine noise is barely audible inside the rooms.

Family and I stayed in the 'extended' living room suite it had a small one person pull out couch that had never been cleaned on the outside. Ventilation fan in the bathroom was not installed correctly, the sound gave us all headaches. Breakfast was horrible. I've stayed at Country Inn & Suites in other locations that are 100 times better. Sorry Carlson family you let us down.

The lobby looks great, but don't be fooled. The hotel smells like mildew and a cleaning agent used to cover up the smell of mildew. Creepy rooms are out dated and dark. I opted to stay at the Hyatt across the street.
