Prior to getting in the bed we pulled back the covers and there was hair (body and head) on the sheets. Upon further inspection it appeared as if the bed was made without a sheet change. Needless to say we were disgusted, complained and was moved to a new room. The staff apologized and gave us complimentary breakfast. We inspected the new room entirely before accepting it, sleep well. However the breakfast was bland. Will not return!

It was very clean. Thumbs up to the staff, they were awesome. Was very disappointed that the fitness room was very much misrepresented. Two treadmills hardly qualifies as a fitness room.

This is one of Duke's go to hotels, and on that note is a decent one. Comfy and classy, if aging a bit. I'd lean towards 3 1/2 stars moreso than 4.

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the highway. The food was okay, and the service was nothing special. I found nail clippings in u bed, and my daughter found cigars under her bed.

This hotel was spread horizontally rather than vertically like many hotels, so there was a lot of walking involved to get to our room. The elevator was difficult to find, and one of my friends got lost trying to find it. The room itself was decent. The sheets and pillows did not feel particularly clean, although they weren't dirty either. The bathroom door did not appear to have a lock? We did not try the shower. However, the bathroom was quite large and conveniently had 2 counters. There was also a mirror outside the bathroom, so there was plenty of space for 5 girls to get ready simultaneously. The room also included a mini fridge, which was nice.

My stay was actually for the medical side of the hotel. I had to do a sleep study, but if all the rooms in the hotel were as nice as that one, then it would be worth the visit. Decent size room, a separate vanity sink not in the bathroom plus a sink in the bathroom and also they provide other appliances, such as a hairdryer. Very few places I have stayed had something like that and this place is worth the visit.

Was accused of something that was not done by me and put a charge on my account without contacting me about it. Always been a loyal customer. They also flagged us from future accommodations. So therefore I give them a rating of 0.2. Be careful who you deal with because they may not be what they represent!!!!! 👎👎👎👎

I recently had an event on July 8th, 2017 for my daughters quinceañera. It was the most awful experience, everything was very unprofessional and kept trying to take money out my pocket. To begin with, two days before the party, I was told that the party was going to be on the third floor instead of the second with out asking me. Then I received an email saying that it was okay to decorate the room a day before party so that it could be ready. When we got there, nothing was set up so we couldn't have decorated anything. We were told that the tables clothes weren't delivered delivered on time and when we finally received them, they were the wrong color and we couldn't do anything about it because it was a couple hours before the start of the event. Not to mention, if we had a question, we would go to Monique, since she's the head of banquets and every time we asked her something, she never knew. If she supposedly in charge of banquets it's her job to know how it works, that's why she's there if not, they need to hire someone else. Then the day of the event the manager, Ed, handed me another bill in front of my guests. That is so unprofessional and rude, if he wanted to hand me another unnecessary bill, he should have took me to the side and discussed with me in private. I will never have another event there! I don't not recommend it. It is not worth the large sum of money you spend or stress !

Beautiful hotel. Really enjoyed staying here. The renovations are beautiful. The staff is exceptional. The room was beautiful and comfortable. This hotel was nicer than some of those supposedly "five star" hotels. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in the Durham area. Thank you Millennium and staff for an exceptional experience.

Very nice for the price paid. Low end of "3 star hotel" (exterior decor and room decor was underwhelming, save for the suave check in area), but kicks the pants off of any 2 star hotel and yet is cheaper than most 2 star hotels. Service was great too.

Having been to many events, but never spending the night because I am a local, I can attest to the meeting and dining facilities which are wonderful, clean and in various sized rooms for your event. Give them a call. They are convenient to Hwy 15-501 at Moreene Rd
