Very nice, clean, and safe. What more could a business traveler ask for? My only comment for improvement is that the cafe/bar hours could be a little more extensive. I did not expect the bar closed at 11pm on a Saturday.

The hotel I was staying at (which was next door) did not have a bar, so classmates & I went to this location after dinner to socialize. Cost of our drinks was in line with what I'd expect for a hotel in a larger city. The interior decor had an open floor plan with lots of comfortable seating. We ended up running into more people associated with the training we were attending, so we had a rather large group that was easily accommodated by the spacious setting. I would have preferred tho have stayed at this hotel for the training I was attending.

Courtyard by Marriott San Antonio seaworld was an excellent, clean, and quiet. The service was efficient and friendly. I will both stay there again and recommend it to others.

Very clean and perfect for families going to sea world. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My daughter and I really enjoyed the view from our balcony especially at night! Overall our experience with this hotel was amazing and we will definitely be back!

The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. The only thing I disliked was how paper thin the walls and floors seemed to be. Considering this hotel is an official sea world hotel, there were children literally running everywhere. The stomping and squealing was constant. Thankfully we were there for an event so we did not sleep in the room because I can only imagine I would stay here but only if I could ensure I would have a top floor room.

Very nice hotel, beautiful pool area, huge lobby/lounge. The rooms were spacious with a very nice bed and a large shower in the big bathroom. Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located really close to Seaworld, which is nice if that's the reason for your stay (I think there is also a shuttle that can take you there). The rooms were nice had plenty of space. One of the best features of this hotel is definately the pool, it is big and has an indoor area. There are also 2 hot tubs and a pool bar. I would highly recommend it.

HAVE stayed here 3 or 4 times a year now for the past 4 years. Would not even think of staying anywhere else.. even come back after 3 or 4 months & still call me by name. Gotten to know couple employees pretty good

My son and I stayed 2 nights here and loved it the beds where so comfortable, the staff was really nice, the room was clean and very nice. We stayed in the indoor pool and hot tube which both were really nice and clean. I really don't have anything bad to say about this hotel. We drove 8 hours and this was the most relaxing stay and we will be coming back next year and staying longer. On a high note: the shuttle drivers went above and beyond to help us get back and forth from SeaWorld they all were very nice. Gave me their contact information so that I could call when I needed them, being a long way from home this was a great comfort to me.

If your wanting to just take your significant other without any kids our anything like that I wouldn't recommend it. A lot of the time we planned to go to Sea World but didn't end up going. We should of just stayed just closer to the Main part of San Antonio. The pool was nice but really wasn't to happy with out the free breakfast. Maybe it was just me but I don't think me personally I will be staying here again. But for anyone bringing their children; your going to have a blast at this place and shuttle to Sea World!

The hotel was beautiful. The lobby area, restaurant and bar we're nicely decorated and all staff were helpful and nice. The rooms were clean, made up when we arrived and we were even allowed to check in early. Great stay!

Most disappointing Courtyard I have stayed with. Charged for parking and there was NONE. Charge for breakfast and it was gross. Computers did not work. Tried to address it to the night manager who just said, well you can park next door or on the red lines (fire lane). REALLY?? Rooms were clean, but jr suite is not worth the extra price. SAD

1. They didn't make the reservation correctly
When I showed up they told me I wasn't booked until the next day and said my reservation had been made the day BEFORE I called. After showing them my records of communication with the reservation desk, they told me I was all out of luck and to come back tomorrow.
2. They lied about room availability. They claimed to be at max capacity and that I would need to move to another hotel.
3. The manager Crystal was extremely patronizing and did not bat an eye at my situation as though going to a new hotel at this point was no big deal. She continued to explain that she has absolutely NO rooms. after threatening to move 35 of my teammates to a new hotel, as they suggested I do, she suddenly had lots of available rooms and no one would need to relocate after all.

Attended a memorial of Jesus Christ's death in the Mission Concepcion room. The memorial began at 7:30pm. There were about 270 people in attendance. The area had been recently renovated. The air temperature was perfect inside. The lighting was very appropriate for the occasion. The room was very clean. Water was available outside the room. The staff was waiting in the staff entrance in case anything was needed. It was a great experience.

We stayed in the suite with a pull-out bed with King bed. Room was bigger than expected, but felt the room was poorly planned (we where only there for two nights so not a big deal). There isn't a wall or door way that separates the pull-out bed with the King bed. Quality of the pull-out bed is maybe a 2 on a scale of 0-10 (ten being the best ever). I would have taken the floor over the pull-out if I was asked. Daughter slept on the couch as it was more support (she is eleven). We where on the fist floor back of the hotel and would have liked one on the second as you can here the cars and people right outside the window.
Pool is very nice and has a swim up bar, but the bar options are limited. Two hot tubs which was nice, one indoors and one out.
If you have time in the morning skip the hotels breakfast, unless they change the buffet to freereal sad. Much better places around for a good start to your day.
Lastly the hotel staff where all very nice and accommodating for this it help make the stay better.
