Worst Kohls ever. I was actually at the location at 1604 and Bandera Rd. I was inquiring about a specific watch that was supposedly at this location. But I'll never know. I was with the lady at the jewelry counter trying to call this location. I waited over half an hour while she kept getting hung up on and no matter what, could not speak to either the store manager or jewelry counter at this (Northwoods) location. Bought it online from a competitor for cheaper while waiting. This location SUCKS.

I shop at this location very often because it is near my home. Today I placed an online order for store pickup and after receiving my confirmation that my items were ready for pickup, I drove to Kohls to pick it up. There was no one waiting in the online pickup line, but no associate came to help. The customer service and return line was very long. Several associates were standing around chatting and even saw me standing in front of the register waiting, but did not help. If I had known the wait would be this long (30 minutes) I would have simply walked into the store to select the item from the shelf and checked out myself.. which would likely have been even faster. Very annoyed and displeased with Kohls. They shouldn’t offer this service if they aren’t equipped to assist loyal customer.

Wow!! This was my first time online order and pick upAWESOMESAUCE!!! Easy my online order was ready in 30 minutes. SmartI didn't overspend by impulse shopping. It was super quick service when I got there!!! I love pick up orders and will be doing this everytime now!!

Great brand's and great sales. The only problem, store too hot, so I stop shopping befo4e I'm done and head for check out. Loss sales #1. Then the checkout lines are so long I leave my selections in the aisle and head for my car. Waste of my time. No sales from me. Lose lose situation.

Found everything i had seen in the ad that I wanted to see in person. Able to find sales associate when needed. Cashier was helpful in letting me know my % off coupon wouldn't work on Nike shoes.

Large variety of clothing options, as well as fantastic sales and discounts. Always a great place for back to school clothes shopping and for clothes for the workplace. This location is much better organized and well kept as compared to the other locations in the area. Friendly staff.

Great prices, but the electronic signs need to be positioned bettered. Hard to determine what price is when there are several items on fixture. Was a bit messy, but probably due to Father's day. Good deals though.

Love the "deals" and discounts but at the location Northwoods San Antonio they always have the AC off or set to 85. I leave there sweating everytime. You mention it to them and they just laugh it off. I'm not laughing.

Really big store, large selection of items, great customer service but the store is so disorganized that it reminded me of Walmart.But the prices are much much higher than Walmart.
