My wife and I visited the Kinsey Hotel for four nights. We were both absolutely delighted with the room, the cleanliness, the Kinzie staff, and the amenities offered for the prices charged.
Cole, our front contact, was exceptional and extremely helpful. And the included breakfast served in a continental style was awesome. Fresh fruit, bagels, muffins, cereals, juices and awesome coffee served often close to your room.
Next time in Chicago, we will be back. Other hotels in Chicago can be nice, but the Kinzie was special. Highly recommended!response / report this review -

Loved this hotel! Happy hour everyday with free snacks of course we tipped the bar but the fact that it's even offered is awesome! Our cc gives us early check in & late check out they honored their 10% off price they went above&beyond I'd go again

This is by far the best Hotel experience I have ever had in my life. From the moment I arrived to check out, I could not have asked for better experience. Spencer from the front desk was very charming and made me feel welcome. The ambiance of the hotel is very modern and hip, great happy hour, location is amazing and the rooms were clean and spacious. I was having a horrible trip to Chicago and would have never guessed that hotel stay could have completely turned my trip to be great.

This place was very nice, friendly helpful, and clean. When me and my family went to have dinner at the Sullivan's steakhouse around the corner, they called and told the restaurant a heads that we were coming and gave us priority seat and a free appetizer 👍🏾 the Staff was always helpful and available. They have a nice gym area. I love the art that's in the building. Overall I enjoyed my stay😁
P.S.
For all those people who just wipe the seat down and then sit on public toilets, please stop that!!!! Even the cleanest looking toilets will welcome the dirtiest guest and all of their bugs and nastiness!!!!response / report this review -

Came here for theater with friends. Hotel is wonderful, great location, great food at happy hour and super bartenders. Gerry Medina went above and beyond to assist us with all of our needs the entire stay. Ravi the doorman was always helpful, smiling, and of great assistance. Highly recommend this hotel. Quiet and classy with excellent service.

Excellent location, and atmosphere. Very cleaned and silenced hotel. The hospitality it's awesome and the offer you free drinks for the afternoon from 5to 8 pm. The breakfast is offered at every hotel floor to enjoy in your room. It's a continental breakfast. I will come back.

The Kinzie is elegant, chic, beautifully decorated. The service is impeccable. I have to believe it must be a good place to work too because I have stayed here at least once a year for the last 3 years and have seen the same employees. This hotel is always my first choice when I visit Chicago. The location is great too, because it is within walking distance to many great restaurants, attractions and the Navy Pier.

First time we stayed here. Perfect location to most places. Everyone who worked there was awesome. Room was clean and modern. great happy hour only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars was BREAKFAST! I wasn't complaining what they had on it, I complained because you get your breakfast and go back and bring it to your room! I did not like that. I'm big on breakfast. I wanted somewhere to sit and enjoy my coffee and oatmeal but as far as service, friendliness and overall comfort loved it!❤️

Beautiful city view room on the 6th floor. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy and the bathroom with lighted makeup mirror, makeup removal towel and vanity stool were awesome. Breakfast could be improved the croissants and bread items were not freshvery dry and hard. But I won't knock a hotel for their free breakfasts as most are not the greatest. The location was perfect and had easy access to river walk and the navy pier. Would stay again!

I love the Kinzie Hotel. The staff is great and the location is awesome. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The showers have double heads and lots of water flow.
In the evening, they have a complimentary bar and snacks, which is really nice.

A co-worker suggested the Kinzie for our trip to Chicago and I was very pleased. It's downtown in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and close to the Art Institute and Grant Park. The rooms were pleasant, clean, and quiet and the continental breakfast made it easy for us to get ready and out for our work day. I'll be back.

I stay here several times a year and they always treat me well. The hotel is extremely well maintained and decorated. The free breakfast is awesome when you're on the run. The best part is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful.

Great experience at the Kinzie. The front desk staff were awesome. Room was well-appointed. It was convenient to have the continental breakfast set up on each floor, and even more convenient to have a tray in the room on which to carry your breakfast. I also enjoyed the hot tea (mint!) available in the lobby in the evening. Location is walkable from MagMile as well as the city center sites.
