An absolute gem tucked away in the heart of Chicago. The pictures sometimes online do not do justice to the real thing but in this case, they were justified. The front desk workers had an enchanting smile on their face which was very heart-warming and welcoming. The rooms were greatly located facing the skyline, I enjoyed my stay! Thank you Hotel Chicago, see you soon!

Our family stayed here for 3 nights to explore Chicago. This hotel is very convenient with transportation to pretty much everywhere in Chicago (even to the airport, take the blue line down and walk 10 mins). The best part of this hotel is the staff tho. Everyone is really nice! Special shout out to Jake at the bar who helped us get hot water to make food for our baby. If I had to nitpick I would say that we got 2 double beds instead of the should be standard 2 queen beds in America. Would stay at this property if coming back to Chicago and would recommend it to family and friends. Thanks for the great stay!

Awesome hotel with nice staff. One of the nicest hotels I've been to. Even the parking staff was very kind and joked with us. Very cool to see them park the cars in the tower. Rooms were beautiful and clean. On the more expensive side, but the location was excellent and allowed access to many pubs and stores

It was my first girls night out since before my children were born (seven years!), and we got a hotel room so no one would be driving. It was a great room. The bed was large and so comfortable. They provided us with a complimentary roll away. The hotel was central to all the places we wanted to go. It was a great time and a fantastic place to call home for the night.

It was my first girls night out since before my children were born (seven years!), and we got a hotel room so no one would be driving. It was a great room. The bed was large and so comfortable. They provided us with a complimentary roll away. The hotel was central to all the places we wanted to go. It was a great time and a fantastic place to call home for the night.

I stayed in 3 different Marriott hotels coming to visit Chicago. This one so far has been the best one. Venues all around. The hotel is also amazing. They took care of me being an elite member. I stayed overnight for a bachlorette party and the hotel was very close to everything we were planning to do! We were able to walk to other locations, and not have to get a taxi. I was a bit disappointed that the exact room I ordered was not ready when I got there but the receptionist gave us the free breakfast which made the different room totally worth it! Everyone was so nice and friendly and the hotel was absolutely stunning! The valet parking was wonderful. I felt my car was very safe and that there was always security on duty. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

In the heart of downtown next to the "corncobs" and House of Blues in Marina Cityvery convenient location. Inviting lobby great guestrooms and concierge service. All transportation is accessible from this location. I and my family loved the great breakfast at Yolk restaurant connected to the hotel, a bonus. Extra towels were requested and delivered witin 10 minutes. Great service!

We had to take an early morning flight so with that combined with the hour change we ended up arriving for check in during the morning rush hour -check in is at 3pm. They held onto our bags and we went exploring. They even switched our room reservation to one that was available earlier in the day for us. Everyone has been super nice to us and so far the room and service has been high quality! (Still currently here so will update with more as our trip moves along)

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast place Yolk attached to the lobby was amazing. They were mostly full so they only had a king size bed when I wanted two queens but at least the king felt bigger than a normal king.

Watched as a manager pointed out to housekeeping staff member about the surface of a table still being sticky after, I'm assuming, the housekeeper cleaned it. The manager spoke to her about it like a human being and not in a strict authoritarian or condescending way, which is very refreshing to see. Would myself stay here and would recommend friends and colleagues stay here.

Rooms were great and prices reasonable. Parking was a whopping $70. Front desk screwed us over - we requested adjacent rooms months ago, did not get adjacent rooms. We requested early check-in and only one of the rooms was ready in time. We specified not to charge the card until after checkout as we wanted to pay the second room with cash - they told us this would be fine and then charged both rooms anyways. Wow thanks guys. Management was not sympathetic and refused to reverse the charge or do anything about it. We were also charged $100/room "in case there is any damage" and told the charges would be reversed in 5 business days. This wasn't disclosed to us at any time until checkout. Great hotel and horrible management. Would not stay here again.
