The food was great and we loved the atmosphere. There were a lot of people there and it was super loud. Definitely not a family restaurant but for a night out it was nice. Our servers took good care of us and we enjoyed ourselves here!

The service sucks here, I am not going to waste my time explaining it. Know this, I travel all over the U.S. and customer service is very important to me. The millenniums in this workplace is terrible! They hire mostly people of this generation. Need I say more!!!

Went there for a surprise date and the surprise was our food. I ordered bbq chicken pasta and the chicken was undercooked like rubber or chewing gum. But my date was happy so I just planned you change my order. 2 min into re looking at the weekend and he found a piece of plastic, cellophane type something in his wrap. We were floored ave v walked out. Management was shocked and just said sorry, I will show my kitchen.. hope u return another time.BEWARE

I would give it a zero if possible. I experienced the most out right horrible customer service of any restaurant or bar. Our waitress forgot about our table for an hour and then proceeded to tell us she forgot our table and was distracted by another large group that was only two tables away. She then said she was going to settle thier bill before ours because they were going to spend more and were in a hurry. Took her another 15 minutes to finally bring us our bills and did not say anything just put them down on the table, no apology or even a "have a good night". She clearly only cared about getting a bigger tip at another table and had no problem telling us we were less of a priority. I will never go back there and will be sure to warn everyone I can about the awful and horrendous service.

First visit today. Not busybut it was 230 on a wed afternoon. Server was very sweet and attentive, food arrived in a very timely manner and was very good. We ordered the pretzels as an appetizer and im not sure I will again. They were good, just not for my taste.
I wish you had location closer to where we are from (mebane area) but we will visit again!response / report this review -

This location needs shut down until they can fire/rehire and train new staff. Incredibly inebriated girls sitting on counters in bathroom and smoking weed on the doorstep. Food was OK but service was terrible and some drunk dude tried to touch me before we had even been seated. Looked like a free for all. Whomever is managing.wow. We will never ever go back.

Me and my fiance decided to give this place a try. We don't go out often and this was a day date for us. We were waited on by a server and a trainee. We ordered an appetizer, no problem there. I ordered the steak with fries and my fiance ordered a burger and fries. They brought me the steak and shrimp entree. I'm allergic! Of course they remade it for me, told me 5 to 10 minutes. It was a little longer than that. My fiance being the gentleman he is waited to eat until my food arrived. His burger and fries may as well been garbage at this point. Never once did they ask if they could refresh his plate, give him new fries or anything. They didn't discount our meal at all! They basically said they fixed their mistake and it was his choice to not eat his food when it was hot We were on a date!! We wanted to eat TOGETHER not 15 minutes apart The manager wouldn't budge she was rude and cut me off when i was trying to explain the circumstances We refused to pay for the burger but paid full pricefor everything else. The manager has zero customer service skills! Instead of refreshing his food or offering a discount to his food her intentions are to make the waitress pay for his plate.
I'm sorry for her but this is a training and customer service issue for the entire place if you ask me..response / report this review -

Food was pretty good, prices fair for the portions. The staff was friendly, surprising for Fayetteville. If anything, it is important for the management to continue to foster good service and friendly attitudes. I'm tired of places like the Carolina Ale House and others in the area treating me like I need to spend my money there not realizing competition is stiff in the area. I don't need to spend money eating out, kickback jacks did well on this. Let's hope they maintain.

The food was amazing. This is my 3rd time here. The service is ok, one server slam our appetizers but what can you expect from a monkey. Be ready for a good 10 minutes wait .

I have been here once. I can say I fully enjoyed my dinner and drinks, but when it came down to dessert BOY was that cheesecake gross (tasted like plastic or something went wrong with it). Fortunately the waitress who took care of our table had it scratched off of our total before we left.

Kickback's used to be my favorite place, for a while their wings were really small and the service was bad. The last few times I've been the service was a lot better and so were the wings! This is the best place to come for football on a Sunday
