Had dinner tonight and it was wonderful - the trout and sherried mushrooms were amazing and not to be missed. The service was also fantastic. This is a hidden gem - not very crowded but well worth a visit!

We had a gift card from Roux so we stopped in for lunch. The food was really good, hubby had a spinach salad and I a Ceasar's salad. Salads were large, I couldn't finish all of mine. The dressing on hubby's salad was yummy. Although the lunch menu is limited, there was a good variety. The service was great. No complaints here!

Only went for drinks for a networking event. Atmosphere was nice but drinks were a bit pricey and the bartender didn't seem to want to serve me. Not very impressed. Will edit review if I go back for good.

We went for brunch (buffet) on a Sunday. Everything was delicious and lots of gluten free options. Our waiter happily brought almond milk for a dairy-sensitive member of our party. Lots of different, yummy selections. Great service and delicious food!

The food was good! We went for dinner after a long day of traveling. I had seen an item posted on the lunch menu that sounded delicious, but was not to be found on the dinner menu. I asked our server, Miguel, if it would be possible to get the grilled pimento cheese sandwich I had seen on the lunch menu. It was possible and everything I had hoped for, served on thick Texas toast grilled just right. My husband had the steak, grown locally at Hickory Nut Gap farm. It was cooked to his satisfaction.
What really impressed me was our server. He was extremely attentive, but not in a hovering way. When the steak was delivered to the table, he asked my husband to cut into it to ensure that it was cooked to his satisfaction. I just thought that was a really nice touch.
We were fortunate to have Miguel serve us again at breakfast the next morning. Although we had the breakfast buffet, so there wasn't much serving involved, Miguel once again took good care of us.
I don't normally review restaurants, but our special server deserved some recognition. We could tell that he had been well trained, but his own personality was what made our dining experience at Roux so pleasant.response / report this review -

This was such a disappointing visit for Thanksgiving. This is our third year of going to The Roux for our holiday dinner and probably our last. Our first visit was amazing in 2011. The food and service were on spot so we went back in 2013 and it was just as good as the first. This year all the food on the buffet was cold and the turkey was extremely dry. Our server was nice but kept bringing the wrong drinks to our table. It just seems the whole atmosphere has changed since we were last there and the quality of the food is definitely not what it used to be.
