Clean, updated rooms. Friendly service. Conveniently located to Capitol Hill and Brookwood. Great place to practice your sign language.

Accommodating and helpful front desk staff. The room was pleasant and clean, the bed a little soft for my taste, but my daughter liked it. The fitness room looked great, although we didn't have time to use it. Would be nice if there were a pool, but you can't have everything!

Clean and comfortable room. Good internet access. Shuttle service to Union Station. 24hr gym. Not luxurious, but fully functional if you are on business travel.

Friendly staff, good room. They didn't have the room that we booked, but I guess that's whatever. Parking in the garage was quite costly, but the fee was waived I believe due to the room issue. Overall, good place.

Great place for a conference. There the venue was very spacious and there were many rooms for workshops and talks. Staff was all very helpful and food was good.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Kellogg's Conference Center on the Gallaudet University Campus. The staff was friendly, the room was clean & comfortable and the hotel bus was very convenient and accomidating. We felt very safe because the entire campus is fenced in with security at the entrance. And it's only a 10 minute bus ride to Union Station.

I stayed here for a night while seeing a show at Echostage. The hotel is situated on a college campus. Union Market is within walking distance with many great places to eat. It is very vibrant with a hipster feel. I thought the hotel was a great value for the price. Real close to downtown and to all the major attractions. When I checked in they couldn't find my reservation but they quickly solved the issue.

Stayed while my daughter visited Gallaudet University.
Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff was wonderful and took time to answer all our questions.

This is a lovely hotel. Clean, hospitable and convenient. The hotel provides a shuttle service to union station which is extremely helpful! The staff were very friendly too!

There were spots that one couldn't see the screen of the presenter's presentation. I have been to the hotel before, overall the experience is always acceptable. In the past, it was upsetting that the staff didn't sign or know any sign language and being location on a campus what uses American Sign Language, I hoped this service has been improved however, in my last experience there, I didn't not interact with the staff.

I attended for an overnight conference. The view from my room is breathtaking. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The staff and students all communicate through American Sign Language. It's so cool to see!
