Its ok if you need a nights rest and a continental breakfast is served in the morning when you want to be on the go
It was very busy and many shady looking people were there.
Right of the high way close to downtown
It was okay. Nice sized rooms. No microwave tho
This hotel is in a bad location unless you are driving. If you are not driving good luck with finding anything.
Checking in was a bit of a hassle because the guy behind the desk didnt get our info quite right and almost gave us the wrong type of room. Getting into the room was fine. We checked the beds (No bedbugs. bless), The bathroom could've used a little more cleaning (We brought our own supplies because its not a game), the mini fridge was clean, the surfaces were great. I was honestly surprised. I prepared because of HORRIFYING reviews I heard but things are actually really nice. They've improved. My only complaint now is the internet connection. Its very slow. The TV has premium channels and the phone tends to stick a little. To connect to the WiFi, you have to call downstairs to the main desk, but the code is super short and they leave a pen and pad for you near the phone. There's no microwave in the room, which is a bummer, but there's an ironing board, hairdryer, minifridge and coffee maker. I haven't tried the breakfast since its from 6AM-9AM and no one has time to be up that early unless you're already leaving. OH! I HAVE ANOTHER COMPLAINT. Good luck if you dont have a car! Everything is so far away from EVERYTHING. Theres a checkers, Two McDonalds, A Five Guys, A KFC, and a Taco bell. Do you want to eat at any of them but you can only walk? Sucks for you. Call an uber, or delivery or feel like walking because you're gonna be mad. mot exaggerating. Im from this city and all we do is walk but this was entirely too much. It's also not safe to walking at night. This highway is a strip and DC has an extremely high level of sex trafficking. No night jogging for your own good. Otherwise, its a nice lil hotel with a pool. Manager isnt giving me Norman Bates vibes so i give it a 4/5. Good job, HJ.
Best internet connection ever
Not expensive, but always remember that you get what you pay for!
