I can't say enough good things about Jayson Home! They have outstanding customer service and wonderful products. I am extremely impressed by the way this business handled a delivery situation for me, and by their very kind, thoughtful and conscientious customer service and delivery team (Tommie and Kabaa were great!). The store itself is beautiful with a very broad and unique selection of furniture, home décor and greenery. I will absolutely be a repeat customer and look forward to finding more unique housewares here. Jayson Home really demonstrates the elevated level of care, service and selection you have at a local business compared to a big box brand store. Highly recommend this store!

They were very helpful. When completing the transaction they asked if I wanted gift wrapped and if I needed it sent to someone. Which I did. I appreciated them wrapping and shipping for me. Saved me time.

This is the best place for design inspiration and one of a kind finds. Yes you can buy a sofa, chairs and tables here but it's so much more than that. You can also get a custom flower arrangement in their on site flower shop. You can have your yard landscaped with design direction from their in house staff. You can also have your condo completely redecorated with the help of the knowledgeable designers. From coffee table books, to oddities, Jason Home & Garden is a Chicago destination for home enthusiasts.

Excited to get more plants here this season. I bought 2 plants from here a couple years ago and they/re among my healthiest indoor plants! It's a really beautiful store and very inspiring for home decor.

Beautiful items. Furniture is pricey. Higher than dwr/arhaus and room and board. Great for ideas though. Some lovely blankets and throws. Prob good for gifts under 250

Came in looking for a specific planter, but was quickly told the item was sold out, even after I mentioned it was in my online shopping cart. They were dismissive and pretended to look for it on the computer, but weren't helpful.
The next day, I ordered it online and it was surely on stock.
I liked the product and the store, but the people weren't interested in my business, who knows why? Maybe the product was too cheap to matter, skin color, not dressed like a lincoln park bro, who knows? Either way, I'll look elsewhere from now on.response / report this review -

Great store with a lot of variety. I love the Flea market finds they have throughout the store though they can be rather expensive at times but are rather unique. Every time I go in, I usually walk out with something. The staff is also great here and are very patient with all the questions I have. They are also great with just leaving you alone if need be and will come and check up on you every once in a while just in case you have questions that come up later on as you walk through the store.
