I hated this place, the service was bad, took to long and didn't even specify the things one would need. It's says online that you can use a check but they only accept money orders. If I could have gone anywhere else I would have.

Mr. Adeel and Mr. Tariq were extremely courteous, prompt, and professional at all times regarding my request for Visa. They went above and beyond, made my experience super pleasant and stress-free. The people working at this location are very good people and I will forever be thankful for them helping me in my delicate situation.

Surprisingly smooth transaction.

They received 2 visa applications from our side on Monday. Notified us of the missing documents on the same day. Twice when they couldn't reach us. So I emailed the stuff early Tuesday morning and Wednesday both the passports were in our mailbox. With the visas. I'm so impressed by their efficiency and responsibility (the 2 phone calls). 5 stars for sure.

Excellent customer service and staff attitude, extremely helpful in resolving issues and ensuring clients are not turned back, which is in total contrast to what happens in Pakistani government depts.. keep it up, a candle in a dark room..

I had a great experience very kind but my issue is was recently I applied for tourist visa on September 11, 2017 and I recently received my passport back and I was refused and not given a reason since then I sent 2 emails and 3 Facebook messages and 1 phone message been 2 weeks still no reply back. Someone seen my Facebook message I just want to know why I was refused and when I can reapply.

Amazing service! The receptionists are very informative and helpful. They are so down-to-earth! They call you back and spend time on the phone to make sure you are fully acquainted with what is needed. I felt like they were giving me too much time, but they seemed to be very concerned for my situation and tried to provide me with every piece of information I needed. Great people!!

I live in Milwaukee and had to mail in my passport to obtain the visa for Pakistan.
I was shocked with their professionalism and speedy service.
You know how we always criticize that how incompetent Desi people are?But I really had to change my opinion and give them,"Thumbs up".Everything was done in super fast manner.
But please do remember,if you want your issues resolved in a timely fashion,you need to do your part as well?Make sure,all your documents are up to date and you meet all their requirements.

Very accommodating and friendly staff. See to be happy to help and they answer questions in person thoroughly for clients even if the same information is clearly posted on the walls there.

One of the best services I ever found in my life!
I am Canadian resident, technically I have to apply for new passport from Toronto, Vancouver or Ottawa consulate. I am based in central Canada, all consulates are minimum 24 hours drive from Winnipeg. I requested to Pakistani consulate in Chicago. They processed my passport from USA. I drove down to Chicago. Officer in Pakistani consulate is very helpful, I did not organize my documents, he told me proper procedure and gave a plenty of time to organize them and I got everything done with in 2-3 hours.

Honestly speaking, before going there I thought that they will be slow, not so friendly and procrastinate the process. But, when I went there I was shocked to see their helpfulness, friendly service and cool nature. You don't expect all these qualities in Desi people. Sitting area was quite small but once your process is so quick it even doesn't matter. I don't know those guys names who were in staff that day, but kudos to the staff and really appreciate the effectiveness and friendly behavior.
