Extremely rude service. Zero help. Embarrassed that Lithuanians are represented by people like that.

No, no, and once again no good at all. The ladies that work there did not learn a thing and think they are above all us, mere mortals. 3rd world country service for something that can be done with a smile, good social attitude and some effort towards making a citizen feel as an important part of his/her country. The deep underground bar service somewhere near Kretingale may make you feel like VIP compared to what you’re gonna get in this rat nest. Sorry, my first and really bad, yet deserved, review.

The Lithuanian manager was totally and unbelievably RUDE. If you ever want to ask something don't talk to the manager, talk to Kristina Nepaite. She's the only nice person there who could really UNDERSTAND ENGLISH.How can the OLD LADY be the manager if she CANNOT UNDERSTAND AND SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH?I suggest you FIRE her LITHUANIAN EMBASSY. It's about time to change your managerial RUDE ways OLD LADY MANAGER.You represent Lithuanians in your embassy.You should be ashamed of your self.

Absolutely humiliating experience. Their responses via email are unclear and ambiguous. Even after repeated emails the responses are copy/paste of previous conversation. And completely careless in responding phone calls. Even after repeated try, no one is there to answer/respond to Voicemail.

The visa section phone representation is very appalling. The representatives are very full of themselves give no clear answer. They may be busy but it is there job to help a person having a question through any section of ,the Republic of Lithuania in Chicago. Worst phone service received from a consulate. I called at around 345pm.
