Workers were very kind and helpful. The rooms were very spacious (more than enough room in my opinion) and were more conformable than I had expected. The only downside to the experience was the general manager who seemed to talk down to his employees, which I found to be extremely unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable.

Nice place, easy to get to, and had plenty of parking. It felt vey secure. You enter the lobby and have to have your card to go up the elevators. The rooms were clean and very nice. The beds were also very comfortable. I would visit here again.

Staff is very friendly and makes you feel like family! Great hot breakfast and they make fresh popcorn in the afternoons/evenings! Very secure! After normal hours you need your hotel key to enter the lobby and you need your key to use the elevators that lead to the rooms! Very clean and safe hotel! Great stay!

Love this place staff is super friendly and helpful stayed here for about a month straight. Could not be happier with the service. Very clean hotel. With nice little landing area on each floor to relax if need out if room to do some work or anything. Would recommend this to anyone

It was a nice enough hotel. There was ample parking and it was clean and modern. There was a weird moldy smell in the room that bothered me though. It might have been coming from the a/c unit. Not a bad place to stay if you're in the area but not exactly luxury either.

The hotel is conveniently located off of Highway 101. Check in was a normal procedure. I did call to request an early check-in and was informed that could not guarantee it, but they would try. I arrived a few minutes after 2 p.m. and was informed they did not have a room ready but they could be sure to have one ready by 3 p.m., regular check-in time. The room was clean and well-maintained. I would gladly stay there again in the future.

The hotel was nice. The staff was great. The main issue is that a towel in the room had a blood stain on it, disgusting. We simply didn't use that towel. Breakfast was on par for Hampton inn. No other issues. I would recommend this hotel as long as you check your towels!

The AC in my room was broken/ making loud noises. And then it was the cable but that was easily fixed. I didn't want to keep jumping rooms because it was already late but the next day the room service never came through nor did maintenance. So I only stayed the 2 nights. Private parking lot too but the gas station stores aren't open at night.

The hotel is located close to the corner of Burbank and Sepulveda, across from a coin/pawn shop. There is a fair amount of parking, and half of the back parking is for compact cars. They have an indoor swimming pool that is 5ft deep on one end to 3ft on the other end. They also have a workout room that contain three running machines and a set of weights. The breakfast is pretty nice. There is usually eggs (scrambled, and one day was an omelette), a meat (breakfast sausage, sliced sausages), and potatoes (roasted sliced, mixed with bell peppers). There is also oatmeal, make your own waffles, bagels, muffins, fruit, toast, small single serve yogurts. Good stuff. Rooms are so spacious, it makes the TV look tiny. Restrooms are okay, could use a bit nicer job on grouting and sealing fixtures. Bed is alright. There are plenty of power outlets. They have Neutragena branded soaps and shampoos. Towels are good and fluffily absorbent.

The rooms are great, the showers are ok. I would expect updated showers in such a nice hotel. Parking was complicated only because they give you parking locations but no one follows them; there was someone always parked in my slot. All in all, liked my stay with the hotel.

We stayed here for our trip to Universal Studios. The complimentary breakfast was good. We stayed in a two queen room that was very spacious. Unfortunately, we found two very small bugs crawling around in the bathtub. We informed the front desk about the bugs but since the hotel was full we had to stay in our room or find another hotel. The GM was suppose to contact us about what would be done but other than the initial email saying that he would contact us the next day, he never followed up. My guess was that the bugs crawled in through the tub spout which wasn't sealed to the shower wall. The bathroom needs remodeling as there are small cracks here and there. Otherwise the room appeared clean. The three stars are for the free breakfast and spacious room.
