I would not recommend this hotel. There are multiple buildings which is confusing. I stayed in building B which adjacent to the main building. I was on the third floor with a view of the hotel buildings. The mini fridge compressor kept going on and off which interrupted my sleep. The fan in the bathroom never went off. The hotel is not is not in the best shape. Lots of peeled paint around the elevator door frame and no cold complimentary beverages in the lobby. The Marriott Marina Del Rey is a much nicer hotel and is a short walk way and is closer to Venice.

Nice hotel but they need to have a full coffee service in the morning. They directed me to a coffee shop that was out of business. Apparently this is a latte dead zone.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, only suggestion is that they be better trained on local recommendations. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The $18/day self-parking was the best deal we had during our stay in LA and it was very secure.

Wonderful hotel. Had a bungalow suite and it was so spacious. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The only downside is breakfast 18 bucks for what I get for free at lesser hotels.

Pretty standard for a HGI. Room was perhaps on the smaller end of the range. We were in a first floor room that opened up to a shared outdoor courtyard. Did not like that. The courtyard was all over uniformly ugly tile and not private; could be accessed by anyone.

Nice place friendly staff, comfy beds & simple convenient self parking which I like since travel light so don't need bother with valet! Also, location nice as close enough beach so walkable but yet far enough away that feeling of peace/space. Some of the staff seemed a bit snooty though, guess they think they're special because they sit in LA traffic every day

The hotel is located in a great marina district. The rooms are large and nicely equipped with a clean and modern layout. Windows are decent at reducing noise from the surrounding streets. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and underground self parking is very reasonable.

Great place to stay! Not too far from the beach and walking distance to alot of places. Great service, the bungalow rooms are nice. I ended up getting a complimentary upgrade and free parking! And rooms were well priced for the area.

Nice property. Well decorated, restaurant staff is great and the food was well made. However, the room I was in near the exit on the first floor had a lot of foot traffic and associated noise ☹.

Why does the description say "waterfront?" It's NOT! Rooms muggy and damp, despite what appears to be a fairly recent makeover. Staff pleasant for sure, but I was ignored when I complained about a high-pitch whistling noise from AC unitthey had all day to address it, but that thing was whistling away when I got in that night. No note. No explanation. I hate thatdon't ignore me. Even if you can't fix it or move me, don't act like I won't notice or don't care. As a Hilton Honors member, I deserve better.

Also, glass framed art behind toilet growing some sort of mold behind glass.

First I am a Hilton Honors member and have been for years. I choose Hilton or one of their affiliates so I have a reasonable expectation of what I am going receive for a lodging experience. So, let's start with the front desk at check-in. We were greeted with what I will characterize as LA attitude smack. Next, the room, mediocre at best for the $329 rate. The final straw was being informed that we owed $32 for a breakfast buffet when there was no signage in place to indicate that it was anything but complimentary. Which by the way I would expect from any other Hilton Hotel.
