Our room had bed bugs and blood stains on both beds. The staff was careless and unhelpful, and did not resolve this matter. Also, all of the reviews over 3 stars here are fake.
Stay somewhere else.
Rooms dirty, floors covered with sand, corners of rooms disgusting, paint peeling of walls and tubs, mattresses piled up in the parking lot. Noisy workers staying keeping guest up until we hours in the morning. Dark seedy parking lot filled with drinking strangers. Bird droppings on the stairs and handrails. What wasn't bird droppings was another sticky substance. Will never stay there ever again. Disgusting
This is an absolutely horrible place! The pictures DO NOT look like they show online! The room was a dump! Seriously the scary movies with the creepy hotelsthat is what this reminded me of! As a matter of fact, someone tried getting in our room! Scared my daughter and myself! We didn't feel safe at all and actually checked out that night! Yeah we are more than likely out that weeks worth of money but we would rather be safe! I am communicating with the service I went through to get at least some of my money back! There is no way I would ever stay here if it was the only place available! If it tells you anything, an employee of another hotel helped us and called at least 6 other places in Cocoa Beach trying to find us a room for the nightInternational Palms Resort was the only one with vacancies! Fortunately this particular employee was able to find us at room in their facility for that night! We were grateful especially since it was 3:30 in the morning. AnywayI wouldn't suggest staying here! EVER!!!!
It's my second visit in this hotel. The location is great, the rooms are clean. quite big and comfortable. The whole atmosphere is very nice, great for vacation. The staff is friendly, so I will come back
The worst hotel I ever stayed in. Zero customer service the rooms are run down. They made me spend an addition 30 dollars because I checked in before 4pm lol. I thought the front desk girls was kidding.. management should be embarrassed of themselves for this hotel.. my fault I didn't do enough research.
Dangerous and terrible customer service! I would rate it lower if I could. We booked this "resort" during the thanksgiving holiday in 2016. The very night that my husband and I checked in, he sat on their desk chair which instantly collapsed under him. He fell on their AC unit and injured his wrist trying to catch himself and his back. The hotel offered absolutely no assistance, not even a refund for our stay. They did not even send someone to swap out the broken chair until 3 days later. We filed an incident report with them and were told that we would be contacted within 90 days by their insurance company. It is now 7 months later and no one has contacted us regarding this incident. We have made multiple attempts to reach them using their office line and the number for their general manager that was provided to us and have not been successful. Not a single return call has been made to date. We now have a $1900 medical bill thanks to this hotel. BEWARE!!!
Booked through Hotwire, which is an abysmal service too, and my stay couldn't have been more frustrating here. Hotwire called this cesspool a 3-star hotel. That is absurdly laughable. If this hotel is 3 stars, IHOP is fine dining. Terrible, uneducated, and uncaring employees, outdated furniture, decrepit buildings, and a general ghetto seediness define this "resort." If you have the unfortunate task of booking through the equally abominable Hotwire and getting this hotel, well then I guess you're screwed. But if you're considering this hotel on your own, DON'T. Without a doubt, the worst hotel on I-Drive.
Location was fine. Our room looked like something out of Breaking Bad. From the photos online it seemed so nice. When we got there my husband was like, you were excited about this? We stood there for a minute not sure if we should proceed. I definitely would never stay here again because of the rooms. We left in the morning and never got to view the property or the water. I definitely would fork over more cash for a more comforting, cleaner, updated place. Everything felt sticky and half the outlets didn't work. Maybe it was nice in 1960? The outlet the coffee maker was plugged into didn't work. The only one that worked was near the bed. So we put the coffee maker on the bed and brewed it there. I took one sip and that was it. All in all it served its purpose, it was close to our Disney Cruise without paying an arm and a leg. Still don't feel it was worth the money. Try Motel 6.
We stayed at this resort for just one night Although we arrived late at night the front desk guy was very nice had really good customer service skills. Place was a lot nicer than I thought it would be, comfy rooms. The only thing I disliked was that I had to take a cool shower at 12am. Other than that it was a very nice hotel.
