Very average hotel. The cleaning can sometimes be a bit below standard. The rooms also could use a bit more maintenance instead of a "that'll do approach". Breakfast is fairly limited, there is only the option to eat with disposable plates and cutlery. The hotel shuttle to Disney and Universal is a nice free touch, however the shuttle times are very limited so expect some waiting around for your return. Overall there isn't anything really negative that stands out about this hotel, but at the same times there isn't anything really positive. At the time of booking this was one of the mid priced hotels in the area, however I'm not sure it was worth the extra money over the cheaper hotels, having not stayed in any others I can't make a good comparison on value for money.

The staff was friendly and helpful but had to be switched to two different rooms. My first one the television and the air conditioning didn't work. The second room that I was transferred to had problems with the telephone. Also the air conditioning was central air as opposed to an air conditioning unit and the last room. Was a little confused by that. It was almost like they updated only one half of the hotel. For the money spent I was hoping the stay would have been more enjoyable.

Breakfast decent. Shuttle service was laughable. Shuttle stops at multiple hotels and doesn't get you to the parks before opening. Room was great. Housekeeping did a wonderful job daily. TV channels hard to navigate and no guide provided for assistance. All and all, would probably stay again.

We also spent some anxious days here to escape hurricane Irma.
I have nothing but praise to the staff and management of this hotel! All the guests were provided excellent service, courteous staff provided information and were very attentive to the needs of the guests. Even on Sunday with no power, breakfast was provided.
We have stayed at this hotel before and will definitely go back when we are in Orlando.
Thank you so much for all your efforts, front desk, maintenance, breakfast buffet staff, housekeeping, gift shop clerk, laundry and anyone else I may have forgotten! With much appreciation and thanks!

Location, location, locationright next to Universal, well about a mile away. We would not stay here again unless doing an ALL Universal trip, which will be a while. Pretty clean. Breakfast was packed every day but the staff kept up fairly well. Maintenance did help us get a pair of ear rings out of the sink drain, which was fabulous for my daughter.

Would not recommend at all. I've been to many hotels. This place doesn't get cleaned at all and smells like mild and mildew.
Sure, the lobby looks clean and I get new towels and my trash buns emptied, but what is a vacuum? From the previous guest I've had some crumbs at the foot of the bed and a fairly large piece of a hamburger bun next to the couch since I've been here (which is over a week now).
As you get off the elevator you get punched in the face by the awful smell of mildew. Once you arrive to your room you will have found out that housekeeping has turned off the AC as well which makes the mold smell even worse.
I would've been out of here after the first night but the company I work for is paying for it.
I will say lobby staff is very friendly and will assist you with anything you need!

We arrived at this hotel fleeing Hurricane Irma. When we arrived, there were plenty of anxious people also looking to book a room. The young man who initially assisted us behind the desk was clearly under a lot of pressure but he was very nice and accommodating, making sure to answer all of our questions. We got our room, it was clean but our mini fridge didn't work, we called down the desk and in a matter of minutes a new one arrived. The staff was courteous and willing to help. After the storm, the hotel lost power but provided a hot breakfast that morning even though they posted signs the night prior saying they may not due to the storm. Due to the circumstances and how hard the staff was working to keep some level of normalcy going, I believe customers could've been a little more compassionate and a lot less demanding of the staff, nevertheless, our stay at this hotel was problem free and we would recommend it to anyone. When we checked out, the young ladies handling check out were very nice and I received my money back as promised for the nights we did not stay. Great Job Guys! and Thank you

Customer service is definitely on point. I can't dispute that. However, that's are a different story. Make sure you bring Lysol spray with you.

The room was comfy and a nice size. However there was human hair all the place On the pillows, sheets, carpet, bathroom floor, counter in bathroom.

The room didn't smell clean nor did it truly seem clean.

It fit the bill for what I needed which was a good rest on a comfy bed. But definitely not what I was expecting.

Spent the night there on 6/3/2017 with my sister, extra clean hotel and rooms. Very close to parks. Amenities included microwave, mini fridge, concierge for park tickets, shuttles, transportation, etc and a decent breakfast bar. Thank you,

Worst hotel experience to date. After sitting in the lobby for an hour "for our room to be ready" a gentlemen walked right up to the counter and got a room without any hassle. I then asked for my room and it was magically ready. On my way up to my room, the police were busy dragging a homeless guy out of his room. I got to my no smoking room and it smelled as if someone literally blew a cigarette in my face, along with a whole can of cheap air freshener. The front desk said that's just how it was and had to deal with it. The next morning I tried to get my voucher for the shuttle to Disney but my name got xd off the list so I had to drive. I got back to the hotel that night and the lot was full, therefore the deal told me to park on the curb. I understand a busy weekend, but they didn't even attempt to ease the pin or accommodate the guests. And that's coming from someone who tries to stay at Carlson. I will do Hilton properties from now on. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more someone else. The county inn is not worth it

Terrible, you can see the dirt from the moment you wait for the elevator. Filthy walls, room smells like sewer. TV didn't work had to call maintenance as soon as we checked in. Mirror so old it has black spots. No microwave but definitely a space where it once was. Outdated is an understatement. The staff was nice, considering what they have to work with. It's sad that with all the tourism that obviously passes though this area, the owners don't update or clean up. These rooms should be $30 a night at the most. Dingy carpets, dingy bedding and dirty walls. Definitely a dump.

A good place if all you are looking for is a bed. Good rate but just a bed. Can't select channels on the TV, didn't have a crib, couldn't get extra blankets, and they ran out of breakfast an hour before the were supposed to. But it was a quick cheap room and that's what we asked for.
