A very convenient location and an example of what Hyatt product represents. Staff is extremely accommodating and helpful. Location is near many food and entertainment options. Shuttle to and from Airport worked like clockwork. I will return.

Outstanding customer service and clean hotel. From the moment we walked in we were given customer service that goes above and beyond. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are beautiful. Our room smelled fresh and clean and all the linens smelled fresh as well. The bedding and towels were soft and not rough like most. The water is nice and soft in the shower and there is actually shower pressure unlike most hotels. Beds are super comfy even the pull out bed was comfortable for our kids. The morning breakfast was delicious and los of coffee and hot teas to choose from. I wasn't feeling too well and needed lemon for my tea which they don't have out :( but Jesse asked what I was looking for and noticed I didn't feel well so he went back and cut up a fresh lemon just so I could have some in my tea. I would highly recommend this hotel and their staff.

I was charged a $200 smoking fee; when I in fact did not smoke in the room. I later tried to dispute it, but when I called the general manger was very cold and simply said they will not be refunding it, and they had no evidence what so ever. I feel as though I was scammed and will be talking with my credit card company. FYI the parking was awful ,and it was smelly in the halls along with the breakfast being cold, and disgusting. Never again will I come back to this hotel, and I will be telling my friends and family who visit from out of town to never use them. This was a very disappointing experience.

This is an old property and needs remodeling.Our room smelled moldy, probably from carpet and a/c system. However, the bed was good and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good. The nightly rate was about twice what it was worth.

We had a good experience here. The people who worked there were nice, and everything was clean. Breakfast wasn't half bad either. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but not the worst.

Rooms were nice. Staff were all very helpful. Was not fond of the breakfast bar. Hotel bar was nice. Very unhappy pool was already closed for the season with temps well over 90. Would absolutely stay again!

This Hyatt Place is great! Slightly older than others you might notice some age spots (lack of wall control panel for a/c) in the room but nothing that is a problem. Kind and prompt staff, great breakfast and a bar in the lobby - pretty much perfection in a middle range hotel. Itis also worth joining the loyalty program as I have always found reservations $10-30 cheaper than advertised online. Overall I recommend it.

This is a great hotel with easy access from I-29. The rooms are clean and well appointed. So, what gives with the 2 star rating? My car was broken into. Turns out this is a common occurrence at this hotel. The rate of thefts is so high guest deserve an additional warning. The hotel does not have cameras and has no plans to put them up despite weekly thefts. Stay here at your own peril.

I was there for a training seminar and the staff was friendly and attentive. They gave excellent recommendations for food around the area. It was easy to get to from the highway and near the KC airport and Zona Rosa shopping center

Nice location close to the airport. Rooms are clean and fresh, very comfortable. I like the the Hyatt Place hotel. The are set up very nicely with the couch on one side and bed on the other. The have a limited menu available 24/7 so you don't have to go out if you don't want to. I have stayed here before and I will stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The lobby decor is lovely, the staff was friendly and helpful, and they have several snack food items for purchase which was nice to have. The room was spacious, clean, and well thought out.

We stayed here for a dance competition near by. The room was very spacious and clean! The breakfast started at 5:30 which was great for us! Huge variety also! The only thing I wish they had was a lactose free milk. However that won't stop me from going back. This was an excellent hotel with a very friendly staff!

Found a great last minute rate. And was so surprised. First by how friendly the staff were. Each greeted me or said "hello". Just acknowledging that a customer is standing in front of you, goes a long way. Second: Great room!
