This is a wonderful Hotel. One of the cleanest places in the United States. Trust me I know because I've traveled Coast-to-Coast and border to border. I'm so happy with this hotel. You will be too. Thank you everyone.
Stayed with my wife and daughter overnight for a mini vacation. We picked this place because the ratings were good and the pool was also well reviewed. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean as well, and we had no problems with check in. Our daughter insisted on using the hideaway bed under the couch and it was just fine. The room had a mini fridge, a Keurig coffeemaker, and a microwave. The pool (the primary reason we went) was a salt water pool with somewhat heated water. It wasn't hot tub warm (though there was a hot tub there) but it was warm enough to be tolerable in early November. Breakfast was about what you would expect, with some healthier options thrown in like egg white omelettes and turkey sausage. It all tasted fine, and the cinnamon rolls were awesome.
Easy check in, nice pool and hot tub. Spacious room. Complimentary coffee and keurig in the room for use there. Hot complimentary breakfast included, oatmeal, pancakes, eggs, Turkey sausage, egg white and veggies omelet, biscuits and gravy. Pool card reader had to be reset so it was closed for an hour but otherwise a great trip.
We always stay at Holiday Inn Express in Kansas City when we are on our way to Branson. it never disappoints and the cinnamon rolls are awesome. They will even pack them up and let you take them with you and this morning I'm enjoying a wonderful cup of coffee with pumpkin spice creamer in it. Does it get any better than that and we had an awesome night sleep in a super comfortable bed.
I’ve stayed here several times over the years and I’ve expected that at some point they would invest in at least good internet. This place has the worst internet for a major hotel in a major city. Please don’t advertise WiFi if it’s going to be dial up WiFi. Btw I used my cell data to post this cause the WiFi was too weak.
Check in was great and easy. The room is as nice as the Marriott and the pool is inside and cozy. Breakfast for champions!
New facility, good breakfast, and comfortable rooms. A little bit of back tracking off the hwy and currently some road construction near by. Otherwise, the staff is helpful and the stay was pleasant.
I was very pleasantly surprised. I expected a low-end hotel, but the hotel room was very nice! It was a bit on the small side, but that’s no big deal. What matters is that it was clean and quiet, and we got a late-check-out! So I’d definitely stay here again.
The location was very convenient for us as we were traveling and it was just off the highway. We were hauling a large pop up camper and had no trouble parking in their lot. Check in was quick. Room was very clean. Full express breakfast in the morning with options for everyone. Not the best food ever but still good.
We stayed for two nights, the first night we woke up me and my son were covered in bed bug bites. I talked to the manager Chris he stated he was going to refund our money for the two nights and move us rooms, I accepted the offer we moved to a room on the fourth floor, we woke up the next morning no new bites which was great however when we went to eat breakfast that morning I was approached by a gentleman whom I am assuming was a manager he asked to see our bites I showed him my are which had about eight bites but weren't as visible as my arm is heavily tattooed, at first insinuated that the bites where from a type of flea common to the area until he seen my son's bites that covered his arm, legs, back as well as one on his face and the back of his head. At that point we were again offered apologies and again promised a refund, we still have not received the refund that was promised multiple times.
We would have moved hotels however most were booked and the few others that were not were definitely not what I would consider family friendly.
Staff is super! Stayed there for KC triathlon and they went out of their way to have to go breakfasts and fresh coffee way before scheduled. Dean was awesome.
I visited this hotel for a meeting of about 50 people. The room was great. The tech available worked good and was easy to operate. We were allowed to bring in a catered lunch. The use of the breakfast room for lunch helped immensely. Not only did It provide a great staging area for the meal, it also allowed people to spread out and mingle. The staff was second to none. Always friendly, helpful, and kind. They really went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met, from start to finish.
Rooms were very nice, management was very nice as well. Hotel seemed very clean. Bed was incredibly comfortable and there was little to no noise from outside. Workout room was great and had all the basics with a treadmill, a stationary bike, an elliptical, dumbbells, and yoga mats. There was also fresh towels, a water station, and a tv. Overall had a great stay and would recommend to anyone
Skylar the front desk attendant was amazing. I came in with a weird request to use the oven to cook some bacon and he was kind enough to offer me use of theirs. He knew some local spots for me to go grab some lunch. And he was so professional and kind. Wonderful guy I wish everyone in the industry was like him. I work in the hospitality industry so I'm very picky and believe is great customer service. Also kudos to the great rooms and the 24 hour fitness center.
