Worse place i have ever worked in my life.. They are not for the employees..if you get hurt they DONT CARE ABOUT YOU!!! ALL THEY WANT TO KNOW IS WHEN WILL YOU BE BACK TO WORK.

Renovations are on-going but the renovated rooms are nice. The restaurant and bar is very nice. The staff and food are excellent too.

Very nice employees. It definitely needs better sound isolation. I could hear the complete conversation of my neighbors. The new renovation looks great from a distance. The finish work was poorly done and looked bad. My bathroom door would not stay closed. The concierge lounge was very small.

Good place to stay for someone who is staying there for a few days. They have done tremendous upgrades to the hotel and rooms. Only issues I had is that there's no a/c after 6pm..? That was the weird thing that I encountered while I was there, other Tha. That pretty good hotel

Hotel under construction. "Restaurant/bar" in some dingy conference room". Room freezing but can't switch to heat because it's "not cold enough outside" (meanwhile I can see my breath outside). Sink in bathroom doesn't drain, AND housekeeping doesn't clean it. Toilet just keeps filling. All night. Non stop. This is an embarrassment for a full service Marriott.

Service was great, it was under construction but what was done is lovely. Beds were good, pillows were good. But the showers leaked a ton of water onto the floor and I hit my head twice getting in and out of the shower

First, the hotel is under renovation right now and it looks like it'll be great once it's done. Our room was still unfinished, with exposed wires along the wall and a light fixture hanging off the wall. Not good for a wee one
The concierge staff were super helpful though in moving us to another room and patient with our stream of requests, so it's much appreciated. The second room's (new) shower was leaky though. Apparently the crew will be doing another pass through once the whole floor is finished but it's unfortunate. I had the breakfast buffet at the restaurant and it was tasty. Decent variety of proteins and fruit, along with a waffle maker and friendly sociable staff.
Again the staff here were absolutely great and there's a great view of the airport on the south face. You can't hear a thing but you can watch the planes take off! I think once the renovations are done the hotel will be fantastic. While my experience wasnt the best I do think it was atypical.response / report this review -

This hotel is being remodeled at the time if the writing. The updated guest rooms are lovely. The lobby will be very nice. The staff is professional yet very pleasant. There is a full.service restaurant and bar at this location. I believe that once all the construction is complete this hotel will be really nice.

under renovation. Room we stayed in was renovated and nicely done. Bathrooms little on small side but not bad. New rooms looks very nice. Was there for a wedding. Staff nice as well as housekeeping good.

Stayed at the hotel on 6/7/17 had to say the renovation was very loud. But the lady at the front desk was very helpful in the matter. Didn't catch her name but I remember she had black glasses. She deserves a raise in my eyes. Her customer service was A+

Maybe a mixed review because of my timing. My room was extremely comfortable. But the hotel is under major renovation. If the renovation turns out as nice as the room, its an excellent business hotel.

The worst experience ever at a Marriott property. The hotel is old, being renovated, and playing host to high school proms, apparently. There was a TON of noise, ALL night long. Several people on my floor were out in the hall, complaining, but the noise persisted. Even though I was given a "newly renovated" room, it was awful. The layout made no sense and almost looked like a storage closet into which they dumped a bunch of furniture that wasn't currently needed. The doors don't fit, so you could actually see through the cracks and out into the hall. The bathroom door was a slider that would not stay closed. The bed was on the floor! I was happy to get out and will never book there again.

This is NOT your typical Marriott! Yes it is convenient to the airport but that's about it. They are in the middle of a VERY much needed renovation. Our room was very dusty when we checked in. The bathroom was very small. The room showed A LOT of wear and tear in it. The pictures on the internet are not what this place currently looks like! Our room was made up one day and our remote somehow disappeared! There are several people in our party in different rooms and everyone says the same thing!

Meeting rooms were beautifully represented. Staff was courteous and professional. Temperature was not comfortable. I run on the warm side usually and it was cold both days of our retreat. The food was tasty and plentiful. The wait staff was delightful! Our room was spacious and well equipped. And I didn't hear one plane fly over.
