Stayed a couple of nights before Thanksgiving 2017. While our stay started rocky with a savagely early wakeup due to a scheduling mixup with some ongoing renovations, the night manager, Squire, was incredibly accommodating. He and the entire staff are outstanding in the customer service area! Will definitely stay with them again when visiting the Northland area.

Hampton Inn Liberty is our preferred destination when working in the area. Always clean. Great staff and easy access to the freeway.

This is my favorite place stay every year!! We host an adult Girl Scout conference at a local church but when we stay overnight this is the place stay. Friendly staff greet you, comfortable bed, clean room, and yes breakfast-looking forward to making my Belgium waffle. Forgot great price, lots of restaurants and stores located near by. Try it out!!!

The rooms were good for what you would expect from a Quality Hotel. The service was phenomenal. The pool was warm, so crowded.

Got a jacuzzi suite for 2 nights, the staff was friendly, they had fresh hot coffee and fruit infused water in the main lobby. Our room exceeded our expectations and was very comfortable and very clean. Free continental breakfast in the morning and the location is convenient. I would stay here again in the future.

It was a clean room.overall hotel was very clean-we always like that. breakfast was good;wish they had bacon. price @ $380 for two nights was a little pricy. AC was a little noisy. Location was nice; easy place to get in & out from.

This is a nice, clean hotel. We stayed on the 4th floor by the elevators and I was concerned about the noise but it was quiet. The breakfast was decent with eggs both mornings but no other proteins. The hotel is right off the highway and within walking distance to multiple places to eat. I would stay here again.

Rude and nasty "manager on duty" named Catherine. I won't be staying at this or any Hampton Inn. Frankly any Hilton property. Left the hotel without a room or a refund.
Update: Raymond Properties got involved. 4 apologies offered and a refund and some gifts. Promised full review of their check in policy, how it is communicated to customers during booking, and how it is enforced at check-in time. I pray that Catherine was just having a horrible evening and won't live the rest of her life displaying the kind of resolute merciless uncaring attitude that she showed me and my daughter during our attempted stay.response / report this review -

This hotel was exactly as advertised. The room was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was the same as all Hampton Inns (adequate). No issues to complain about. The price was a bit higher than normal for hotels in the area but we later heard that there was a soccer tournament that weekend and all hotels were booked. Decent stay but nothing exceptional.

This place is clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff is as courteous as they come, and go out of their way to make sure your stay is as pleasant as it can possibly be. The bed was super comfortable. I slept like a baby. Breakfast was one of the better ones I've had at a hotel. You can tell they pay close attention to detail and take a lot of pride in their work. Definitely one of the best hotels in the Kansas City area.

As a person who travels somewhat it is great to find a brand that is consistent. I fond the Hampton in Kansas City/Liberty to be incredibly clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. I love the pull out table they have it the rooms. I can sit down and have a meal, work on my computer and then slide the desk back into the wall. It is the little things that makes the difference. The fitness room is well equip and if you forgot your headphones they provide those at no cost. If you can't be home this take the weariness out of traveling. Great location you can walk to many restaurants in a few minutes.
