  Nice comforter but the bed felt like two fulls side by side. Dim hallways and hard to find light switches in room. Great price though. Nice TV and full restaurant and bar downstairs.

  The room was very nice and comfortable to be in! The food was great but the service was not great at all.. it took way to long for the food to be made and I felt like the server hardly ever came over to our table to see how we were doing.

  Good food and large portions for not a lot of money. Great drink specials. Seemed under staffed, for a full bar and restaurant, with only two people serving and making drinks. And the lobby bathroom was awfully dirty.

  Rooms on the ground floor are a bit noisy due to high volume of traffic in the hallway. Rooms are small but comfortable. Nice amenities. Very good housekeeping. Excellent sports bar restaurant with good menu selections.

  Older hotel, but maintained. Great LG TVs. The internet is fast, and they have a free bottled water in the car. Nice and courteous front desk help. Nice location by airport. Shuttle back and forth to airport. Happy with my stay.

  Four Points are not the high end Sheraton. They are definitely more budget oriented, but they do not lack in comfort or style. In the bathroom, you will find your typical individually wrapped hand soap and a bottle of lotion. But instead of individual bottles of shampoo and conditioner, you will find wall mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers. It, unfortunately, has a bit of a gym shower feel. But that is it for the bad. Bed was comfortable, even if the pillows were on the soft side. I did not get to try the restaurant this time. But from a previous visit, the food is tasty. Oh, another bad: if you have a room that joins to another, be prepared to hear everything. I was able to hear every moment and sound of something that should have been private. Not cool.

  It was okay, decent room with a soft bed and couch. Okay views. Quiet room. Nice big tub and if you push the handle far enough past the stop you can get hot enough water. The pool is outdoor. Exercise room is decent.
  
  Front desk are nice but the one shuttle van driver guy is a jerk.Bar staff and waitresses are good. Food is okay at best, same with the house beer.
  
  I wish the room had a bettee view from the toilet.

  Great rooms & service, BUT parking is TERRIBLE! They've screwed cones to the asphalt in the parking spaces in front of the building. They said it's for the window cleaners. I've been here a week. I have yet to see window cleaners. All they say is "Sorry." I'm disabled & they only have 4 spots that I can see. 3 of which are in the front. I'll never come back.

  The room was nice. They gave us a room on the top floor for being an spg member. The location is good if you are needing to get to the airport. It is a little far away from Kansas City, but the drive is simple. I enjoyed the stay. Would stay there again.

  Best hotel I've stayed in. The beds are crazy comfy and the comforter is super thick so you can snuggle up. The bar was amazing and had a ton of good beer. Would love to stay here again.

  Room was nice and clean. Hotel staff was excellent. Bar/restaurant was a bonus. The two restaurant staff members were also awesome. Shuttle service to the airport ended up being very useful as well.

  My family and I enjoy staying here the night before our flights. The hotel offers shuttle rides to the airport as well as affordable parking. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking to take some stress out of travel and begin their vacation a little early.
