As a professional Event Planner, I cannot recommend the Hilton Kansas City Airport enough. The hotel is beautiful and the service is TOP NOTCH. From the front desk staff, to the event and catering team, to the in-room and restaurant servers - everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. They work hard to put together a one-of-a-kind experience for their guests whether you are there on business or pleasure. If you need a hotel for an event or just a quick stay in Kansas City, I'd highly recommend the Hilton Kansas City Airport!

Location is a very convenient space near the airport, and not too far from a nice outdoor shopping area. The room was nice, comfortable bed, and clean. Not enough toiletries for my husband and I to use (couple shampoos and conditioners in lieu of just one), and no replacement toilet paper. The front desk service the male shuttle driver, and the hostess at the restaurant were very good. However, one of the female shuttle drivers and the waitress in the restaurant were extremely lacking in courtesy and service. We felt rushed and as though we were an inconvenience. Plus we called for the shuttle at 2:30 like it was suggested to us to do, so they'd know to pick up at 3. Yet they didn't show up until 3:15/3:30.

Awesome hotel! Extremely hospitable staff. If you can, stay on one of the higher floors for a nice view. Spacious rooms with nice amenities. We visit the city fairly often so this will definitely become one of our staple stays. And there's free breakfast!!

Very nice and clean. Great rooms, very quiet the whole night through, even with a massive conference going on downstairs. The option of ordering food and having it brought up is fantastic, though I didn't take advantage of these services. And something that I greatly appreciated that I never realized meant so much to a hotel stay: the elevators were very quick. It made all the difference in the world knowing that going up and down the elevators would only be a minor part of an excursion.

The room was clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was incredible! Best breakfast we've ever had at a Hilton property. The front desk and restaurant staff were all friendly and helpful. We'll definitely stay here again.

Good location for a conference. Staff are very attentive. Good conference food and breakfast. A little far from the city if you want to go there. And I do recommend taking a trip to the city, lots to see. Just about 15 minutes by shuttle to the airport from the hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

I attended a conference here. The facilities were clean and nice, but nothing exciting. It's close to the airport so I could see that being a definite plus for some. There is a Starbucks inside which would be nice as well. I didn't have an opportunity to talk to many of the staff but what little interaction I had with them was positive. Would recommend if you are looking for a decent place near the airport.

Perfectly clean, which is slightly the problem. The maid came in at 8:30 am without knocking, well before we checked out. This was after a very late night, and needless to say was very frustrating.

PROS
Room was clean

CONS
- Parking lot needs to be repaved.
- My toilet was backed up, but a maintenance person showed up right away to fix it.
- The toilet in my sister's room was also backed up. This is concerning, because I stayed at this hotel about 8 years ago, and another sister's personal belongings were ruined by a backed up toilet.
- On the morning of checkout, housekeeping came in my room at 8am, before I'd checked out. That's unacceptable, since checkout is at 12noon. At the very least, they should knock on the door and WAIT for someone to answer.response / report this review -

Checking in was easy. The room was clean and looked stylish. I really liked the floor to ceiling windows. I didn't go to the pool, but my husband and son had a good time swimming. The breakfast bar was decent, it had what I like to eat (oatmeal, fruit, bacon, french toast, and lots of other options). All the staff we came across were very friendly. Oh and there is a Starbucks in the lobby.

Excellent hotel. Our room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was very good. Shuttle service to and from the airport was very good and fast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice. It is an indoor-outdoor combo pool. Was a little disappointed that there was no hot tub.

I found upon entering the rooms that there was a fresh clean smell. Not the smell of a room that hasn't seen fresh air in a few days. Everything was completely prepared. It was refreshing and took a load off my stress. I was able to relax. I always had fresh towels and felt safe in my environment which is a plus for me. I would definitely use this place again
