The room was immaculate, very large. I was traveling with a couple of other guys and we each had our own bed to sleep in. The complimentary breakfast served was outstanding, I got a made to order omelet, bacon and pancakes. Very satisfiedwith my stay.

Our stay from the minute Mike, the shuttle driver picked us up at the airport was absolutely the best! Mike is the best and took us to a great bbq restaurant and back. The staff was also so kind and helpful. This is the best hotel experience we have ever had! The rooms were wonderfully comfortable and cleaned everyday we were there! I recommend this hotel!!

Check-in staff extremely friendly and helpful. Dinner staff were very attentive. Early morning staff were curt and unfriendly. Clocks in room were set one hour fast and alarms were still set causing early wakeup. No coffee available in lobby for early risers.

I've stayed here a few times. It's usually a good place to stay, but my last stay left me wanting. They had bad fruit in the breakfast bar two days in a row. First it was cantaloupe and then it was grapefruit. Gross.
I also had a strange thing happen with my phone. I woke up really early and it was burning up. My phone was dead and the outlet was too.
With all that said, the hotel is clean, the bar is good, the rooms are good and this is a decent place to stay.response / report this review -

Was there for an all day business conference. Lunch was very good, however the actual conference room was unbelievably cold! People were wearing their coats and stocking caps. The staff brought in 2 small space heaters as if that would help. Couldn't wait to leave, go outside in the snow and warm up.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with a great free breakfast selection. Room was spacious and clean. Pool and fitness center were decent too, despite being busy.

Nice! Clean and spacious room. Great free breakfast buffet. Welcome cocktail hour with snacks. Beautiful lobby. I would definitely come back!

Nice, clean rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful for the most part. Decent selection of beer and ordering food at the lobby bar was a breeze and super fast. We had our food within 10 minutes every time. The food was pretty good too.

The hotel is very nice and guest services will be done over backwards to please. From the manager's "happy hour" reception to the made to order hot breakfast station the staff certainly makes you feel like they are happy to be serving you. The only downside is the property is starting to show it's age. While in good repair everything is beginning to look like it has seen better days.

I helped with AV at an annual work conference the last few years. The banquet room, service, and food have always been great. But they always have the AV equipment in an odd spot (right in front of a stage or projector..) and don't at that much attention to how they have it hooked up.. however, they've always had the right cables to get it setup correctly and how we need.

Good location for the airport. Hotel is cute, but dated. Rooms were very depressing, and the continental breakfast was practically inedible (made to order & yogurt were ok). Staff was nice, thoughespecially Ed the bartender. He totally made the stay worthwhile. It was also pretty cool seeing all the military kids before they ship off.

This location, near KCI, is actually pretty nice. There's a piano that some guests choose to play every now and again. They also offer a free happy hour. There's a pool and sauna and the workout room has been recently renovated. I think that, in some areas, it appears a bit dated. However, it is one of the better hotels in the KC area.

I had the pleasure of visiting this hotel and it was absolutely the best experience. Starting with the lady that was filling in to drive the shuttle to the front desk Shari and Delores. These ladies were very helpful and professional. They kept things running smoothly. I had an issue with a sink that was clogged and that was handled
