I loved this place! I travel with my family due to work and our room was clean the staff is very friendly and so helpful the breakfast is good and dinner was great! they do it several days in the week! The price you pay and quality of your stay is phenomenal! Best thing I liked was having my kids here and not worrying about the filth some motels have I would definitely reccomend it!!

Not a bad place. Breakfast in the morning and dinner on some nights. Always have coffee ready. A decent room. Nice people. I would return.

No phone in room as well as my brothers room. Desk staff was courteous but ask if they had a shredder and got a hole puncher instead. Workers working on rooms past 730 pm to much noise from them outside. Need hotel key to operate elevator to up or down from all floors except main floor. Room is clean but has a faint smell of cigarette smoke.

Went to the room first thing we see was a bed bug in room 205. We went across the street to Marriott same owners because it was the only way to get a refund but the price was doubled but much nicer. Frustrated they would not refund our money for bed bugs but glad to have a bug free room.

Staff was nice and friendly. Arrived at 7pm rooms where not ready. First room I got hadn't been cleaned. Second room I got the bed was made. But the floors where sticky, like a movie theater after a pop had been spilled; the desk was too. TV didn't work or have the correct remote. The wifi was pretty terrible, I ended up tethering to my phone.

The outside looks wonderful. The rooms are of moderate size. No special amenities. Plenty of parking. Easy access to shopping. Thirty minutes to Detroit and Ann Arbor by car.

I travel and go from hotel to hotel, I've had many different experiences. Some good some bad. For the price I paid and the service and housing I received this deal couldn't be beat! Was happily greeted when walking thru the doors. My room was cleaner than any room I have ever been in. The breakfast was outstanding. I called housekeeping for some towels and within one minute friendly, and kind Amy was at my door. I wanted to extend my stay, rooms were full and some way some how a very hard working generous man named Basil made it happen for me. I was very happy I always look forward to coming to this hotel. Everything is nearby and the people in the area are nice.

the service was great, but the room wasn't up to par. toilet would run sporadically, and the wallpaper looked like there had been structural damage at one point. the curtains didn't fully close letting the parking lot light shine right on the head of the bed.

Very nice clean hotel with friendly staff and a great price.

I was given a Delta voucher for the hotel when my flight was changed. When I arrived there were almost 25 people in the lobby at 12:30 at night and the front desk clerk did a great job possessing everyone quickly. A lot of people had to leave the hotel before 6 the next day and they opened breakfast two hours before it was supposed to for the guests. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
