Nice place The room layout was good, but I was the only guest in the room and I had twin beds instead of a king size. The card key also stopped working the 3rd day and after my 3rd go at it I had to wait for the maintenance person to fix the card key slot
We stay here every year. The rooms have a fridge and pullout sofa. They are always clean. Staff is great. There is a pool, gym, and bar which are all great, but the hot breakfast is the best. Bacon, eggs and waffles 😀. Easy, convenient, just of the freeway. Lots of parking as well with a complimentary airport shuttle. Really had it all got very reasonable rates.
This hotel is so clean! The bedding even smells clean! The customer service is exceptional! Especially Tabatha at the front desk. Very accommodating! Highly recommend if you are staying in Denver.
Huge rooms for a hotel, the doubles can sleep 6 people utilizing the foldout couch. Rooms were perfectly clean, there is a bar downstairs, pool, laundry, everything you would need from a hotel. I was very impressed with this place.
Great location. Easy access to the airport, food and highway. The staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are a nice size. The beds are very comfortable. The fitness room and pool are both nice. The breakfast was good as well. I loved the stand in shower. You get free bottled water if you're a World of Hyatt member.
Top notch! After a week of staying in campers and low budget motor lodges around Rocky Mountain National Park, and then coming to the Hyatt place on our last night before leaving Denver, walking into that hotel room felt like walking into the Waldorf in Manhattan. Elegant, comfortable, and immaculately clean, the apartment was everything we could have asked for and more. I particularly enjoyed the swivel TV that allowed us to watch comfortably from the couch in the living room and the king size bed in the bedroom. The staff and shuttle driver were courteous and professional. The price and location cannot be beat and we will stay here when we come back.
Very conveniently located, about a couple minutes drive to the airport via a shuttle the hotel provides. The shuttle seems to run very frequently which makes getting to the airport really easy. There's a 711 close by and quite a few restaurants and bars. The staff was really friendly, rooms are clean. My stay was very comfortable and I definitely recommend this hotel!
I had originally given this hotel a good rating. Our room was great. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable bed, nice shower, etc The staff was friendly and breakfast was pretty good. We stayed there from 04/19/17 - 04/22/17. We were there for my birthday and for 420. Upon check-in, the hotel had a notice for you to sign stating that you agreed to smoke ONLY in designated smoking areas, this includes marijuana. It also states that you will be charged a fee for smoking in your room. I signed this form because no way was I going to smoke in my room and get charged $200. It's not worth it. I was looking at my bank account today when I noticed a $200 charge from the Hyatt charged TWO DAYS AFTER we left! When I called to inquire, I was told it was for smoking in our room. WE DID NOT SMOKE IN OUR ROOM. The manager was RUDE and told me that housekeeping had provided him with "evidence". I asked if ashes, cigarette butts, or burn marks had been found in the room and was there photographic evidence of such. All he could tell me is that the room "smelled". If we are going outside and smoking, then coming back in, THE SMELL WOULD BE ON OUR CLOTHES but it shouldn't be bad enough that they couldn't rent the room out for 2 days, as the manager claims. I suggested that a member of housekeeping could have possibly smoked in the room and then blamed us. The manager then got VERY RUDE and told me "don't even go there with me". The hotel did not even contact me and give me a chance to dispute this smoking accusation before charging my card. They know people are going to smoke outside in the designated areas and they KNOW they will carry that smell in on their clothing (how we carried the smell in with us, I'll never know because there were gale force winds the whole time we were there; the smoke didn't even have a chance to linger and get on our clothes). I have contacted my bank to dispute this claim. The person handling my payment dispute claim told me that a lot of hotels in Colorado are doing this to out-of-state vacationers who come to smoke marijuana. I guess it's their way of making money off the pot smokers
This is a very nice hotel for a very reasonable price. They do not have vending machines, but they do have ice machines and there is a 7-11 just across the parking lot. They sell a small assortment of drinks and snacks at the front counter however. The rooms are clean and nicely laid out. The showers are powerful and the place is quiet. Would definitely stay here again!
Room size nice, bed comfy, plenty of entrances and parking on all for sides. Tv had cool features. Breakfast good, tho it had led owns than advertised. Bathroom door opened in and because of design there is no room to shut door easily, or open it if you trying to get out. Stayed March 17-18. Front desk employees, and kitchen staff didn't impress me. Don't gossip about other guest from earlier that day where current guest can hear. And rolling eyes and going ugh because your waffle machine oUT of mix..really? I would stay again tho.
It is a nice quiet hotel. However bathroom is tiny. Hot water is luke warm at best. Food choice is limited but several restaurants are near by
Great rooms, nice views, friendly helpful staff. Large breakfast buffet and 24 hour kitchen menu make Hyatt Place a great stay.
Spectacular room, especially for the price. It was 3 times larger than a trendy competitor across the street. Great free breakfast for a hotel breakfast and its within walking distance to a convenience store, to a sushi restaurant, and a Ted's Montana Grill.
The location was good. Several nice eating places walking distance and also a 7eleven near by. Breakfast was okay and staff very accommodating.
