So much fun. Came out a winner. Stayed 1 night in a beautiful room at a great price. Everyone that works there were so friendly. Will definitely go back.

Customer service representative wasn't the friendliest. U had forgotten my fan club card. When I asked for another she has the hardest time finding me. When she finally did she just kind of handed it all rough and expected me to just leave. When I asked for a lanyard it was like pulling teeth. Not the best experience this time around. It kinda through my mood and lucky streak I was feeling. 😔

I hadn't been here in over 5 years so the guest services activated a promo on my account for a free buffet with 30 minutes play. I didn't lose any money in that time and the buffet was excellent. Our assigned waiter did not take care of us but I was able to flag down another close by who did and I tipped him accordingly. Overall the game selection is pretty great with plenty of new games and old. Will definitely be visiting here in the future.

I booked online intending to stay at the Isle. For some reason despite being on the Isle's website, it booked me at Lady Luck. As my friends were at the Isle I wanted to stay at the Isle. They moved me to a smoking room as that was all they had available and so I had a poor experience in the room due to the smell of smoke. They acted like they were doing me a favor by moving me to the Isle without charging me more and did not agree to comp me any gambling or meals. On the other hand, the gambling experience was great and I had a wonderful time. The food was fantastic as well.

We've stayed here several times and the last time we upgraded to the junior suite with the hot tub. The standard and suites are both very spacious. We've NEVER been disappointed! The rooms are lovely, very clean, up to date, always quiet. We get the smoking rooms and they always smell fresh. Their always friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't think of staying any where else.

Great Casino. Good mix of table games, video poker and slot machines. We enjoyed the different Craps tables and live music. Would go back there again!

I had a lot of fun here. First time at a casino and was really only playing on $25 but I got to play for a long time on that! I won some lost some but it was a really great experience for someone who doesn't really gamble. The buffet was good too. The crab legs tasted a little off but otherwise very good!

My husband and I booked a room 24 hours before our arrival. We have a player's card but there were no offers when I called besides the $150 a night for a standard king smoking room with buffet. When we got to the room, room 731 and opened the door the stench was just awful. No windows were open, it looked like the carpet was beyond years old and hadn't been cleaned in years. There was dust on the furniture, the sink got clogged every time we ran it. Just awful. The staff at the front desk were nice. Most of the dealers were as well, minus a young guy who made it clear playing bonus 6 was a waste of our time and his. This was Tuesday night the 19th. Buffet for lunch was wonderful. Not much food for the breakfast one, but the guy making the omelettes on Wednesday was awesome. Did not have dinner there. Probably won't stay again, the room ruined it. I understand we smoke but smokers deserve fresh clean rooms just as other guests.

I like to come here and spend some time. They have great music, great food and great people. Don't forget to become a member of the players club if you do visit. They have great rewards as well. My favorite slot machine is the "Game of Thrones". Very fun and exciting is a very brief way of expressing how fun this place can be. Enjoy the all you can eat crab legs amongst many other great treats at the all you can eat buffet. Isle of Capri Casino is a great place indeed.

I ate at the Isle breakfast buffet. The price was reasonable and the food good, but the selection was lacking. For example they had no dessert of any kind. Most breakfast buffets I have gone to have things like danishes or muffins for desserts, but the Isle did not. They had the general breakfast stuff though such as an egg station, bacon, sausage, country fried steak, and a variety of toast. It will satisfy Boston, but don't expect anything extravagant.

I absolutely love the location of this casino. It is in the heart of Blackhawk, Colorado and the view is gorgeous. At night looked like a potential spot for a futuristic movie setting. The casino was a happy welcoming environment. This was my first time here and also my first time in a casino to play (other than slots). The first dealer I encountered made me feel right at home and was very helpful and patient as I learned proper table etiquette. I am so pleased with my experience that I will surely come back soon.

I almost gave this a 3 star review but the lady at the front desk ruined that but I will get to her in a moment. We went up to Black Hawk one Saturday evening kind of on the spur of the moment. It had been a while since I had been up there on a weekend. I did not realize that so many people bring their children to the casinos now. I understand they were there for the buffet but it sure was a pain in the butt wading through all the kids running around just to get to the casino floors. The casino floor is the only reason I gave even a 2 star rating. Now to the front desk. After slowly getting down the escalator due to all the kids running up and down them (Security or Guest Safety didn't care) we went to see if perhaps any rooms may still be available. After waiting in line for 15 minutes and watching the lady behind the front desk take personal calls instead of assisting her co-worker in helping people, we left and stayed somewhere else.

I went up there on mother's day to celebrate the day. I like the atmosphere where you can do some gambling, play some poker, and have a few drinks. I went played some doors and sat at the table for my favorite game of poker. I ate at the Buffett there which was great. A wide variety of food with crab legs to prime rib which was delicious.

We went to the buffet. It's a beautiful venue and the staff was attentive and hospitable. My only complaint was that the food is a bit lackluster for vegetarians. They have as pasta station but you're only able to use the ingredients there. I couldn't use ingredients from other stations (like mushrooms or cherry tomatoes from the salad station) which was a bit disappointing. If you go for the crab legs though, you won't be disappointed.

Casino is fun, but doesn't have many newer/interesting slots. Food is good, but kind of over priced, unless you are in the loyalty program. Drink service is pretty good. Hotel rooms are nice and clean, but very poorly insulated. It's not a place to get a quiet, restful night's sleep. It's loyalty program is great, though. We go up a few times a year, and never have to pay for food our hotel.
