Doesn't provide you any quality, nor most of what they claim to be providing with the stay. Horrible service, no room service, won't refresh rooms even after a week of stay. Water supply can surprise you. Internet should not be expected even if you pay for it.
In the end it is ~60$ for a room, bed, lamps, kitchenette.response / report this review -

No the place I would want to stay for any length of time. There seems to be a lot of police visits. I didn't feel safe other than the times the police were driving around the parking lot. Not sure but I felt there were more people that live there rather than visiting. The rooms were clean but very out dated.

Pleasantly surprised. A great bargain for all that you get. 5 different floor plans, spacious rooms, high ceilings, nice wood floors, onsite laundry, a complete kitchen with a large fridge, stove and microwave.

If you want a low budget place to stay this is the place. The staff is super nice. But good lord this is for sure where all the meth heads go to nest. Its not the staffs fault that this place is so unsafe. I was always afraid to get out of my car. I carried Mace on me at all times. The elevator smelled like pee had to like hold my breath every time. its cheap for a reason ill just put it at that.

Yes this place is as cheap as they come , but seriously they need to put a little more effort into the place. I slept with a knife beside the bed because it was just me and my 5 year old son. This place is ghetto. The floors were not cleaned. Hair all over the wood floors. TONS of trash outside the bedroom window. Toilet seat barely hanging on, I didn't trust the comforter to be clean at all so I threw that on the floor and my son and I slept with a small blanket from our car and the sheets. It was freezing !!! And the heater doesn't work. The front desk was unable to give me a receipt and had to write down my credit card info. So I'll be watching that statement very carefully because that's sketchy. So for $70 I honestly think it's a rip off. Do yourself a favor and spend a little extra for peace of mind. And never bring children here. I feel like a bad mom for doing so.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Seriously, I'm doing you a favor! Do not stay here even if you only have $70 in your checking account and you need a place to stay here. DO NOT STAY HERE. They don't offer clean sheets for the pull out couch. The king bed did not have a comforter. We called the front desk for service and they were closed. There is a large amount of trash and dirty linen directly out side of our room. This place is disgusting. The bathroom wall had something nasty dripping down it near the toilet paper. The blinds in the bedroom were halfway falling off of the wall, so incredibly dangerous.

I booked before I read the reviews. Reading the reviews made me want to change my res ASAP but we gave it a shot. Our room was really nice. Brand new flat screen. Nice flooring. AC Worked great.Bed was clean. Hotel staff was very friendly. They are renovating the hotel but it didnt disturb us at all. They did have police patrol the parking lot. They did tow away some of the broken down vehicles, saw them doing while we were there.I would say its a 3 star hotel but they are working on it.Gotta give credit where it is due. Not enough people take the time out to compliment, only to complain. Keep up the good work guys.

In a word: awesome. Small basic kitchenette, vinyl plank flooring, large king sized bed and very pet friendly. Very chill atmosphere. Very easy maintenance for pets. Would have gotten five stars if they had a pool, but that's not their fault

If zero stars was a thing, I would give it zero ,or -5. This place is terrifying. I was afraid to even get out of car, I thought that if I had stayed either my car would get broken in to, or would be stolen. The guests were trashy, smoking, yelling, and dirty. It looked like homeless people stay there, and/ or that they deal drugs from the hotel. The front desk agent was not helpful. I wanted to cancel my reservation because as female, I was too afraid to stay there. He wouldn't cancel it or give me my money back. I paid for a night I didn't stay there. So unhappy.

Been here since january first checked in gave us a room that some one had just checked out of than they gave us another room and just said sorry for the inconvenience that we would get a room that was a Lil bigger and pay the same price told from front desk Jennifer than we get stettled in our me my three kids and bf than 2days later the kitchen sink is plugged and stinks really bad we were in that room with a smell that could of made me and my children sick especially me 8months prego and we reported it so many times and all we got us a we will put a work order in and maintenance will take days to come and look at it when they did it was oh am sorry but the front desk has to order a longer sanke i don't have one that reaches where we need it so we had to deal with it my aunt come over and even had to drain the nasty sink with a cup kuz it started to over flow finally after a month an half we get moved now to second floor not even a week and we get a leak from selling mantinece came asked if we had leak we told them yes just started he stated let me take a look from up stairs came back said he didn't know where leak was coming from leak just worser a hug bubble started to form right where my kids sleep never did anything about it we had to trear a piece of selling when it dried up also front desk Jennifer was so rude told my bf if we didnt 179 which we were told was 147 by 11am the next bussiness day we had to leave the room asap no expection our frist time being late which my bf had let them know about payment and we were told it would be fine by enrique now Jennifer was just up our asses came one morning around 9am knocked on door said if we didnt make the day payment in 10mins we had to leave due that late payment fee cant be happening because customer's can resevere our room over night and we would have to check out so now last week they made us pay a whole week 400 n something if we didnt pay that to get a different room we had to leave because like Jennifer stated our room was being reseverd so we could no longer stay in this room once we paid it out room was smeed no longer to be reserved now our kids are being a issues they cannot be riding scooters on proprety due too they can hurt someone then our kids are in back of hotel which is cut off they were caught eating food from trash can which I have food to feed to my kids such asswholes and just came and told me if I don't pay 47 by 11pm i need to be out of here and tomorrow they will not be letting us extend our stay does anyone know what I can do

My husband & I were at 715 Kipling, Lakewood, CO for a year and wish we had more positive things to say about our stay. It is not uncommon for our mail to w or be misplaced for weeks or months. The pull out couch was impossible to sit or lie on because it was so used & old. The first room they put us in was on the 3rd floor & far from the elevator which was difficult for us because we are both physically handicapped. It was larger than we expected & was ok upon first glance but we soon discovered a very noticible & large, what had to be, blood stain on the bottom mattress. I mean it looked someone was murdered in that bed & they just replaced the top mattress. There was a problem with the tub not draining. Countless maint. men &even a couple of plumbers, in addition to my husband who is a maint. mechanic by profession, attempted to fix it but it never worked for more than a few days then back to not draining. Finally in December I got in to shower & slipped around on a slimy, dirty-looking, Vaseline feeling substance coating the tub. I refused to get in it again & we requested a different room. We were put in a room only 3 rooms closer to the elevator & the problem with the tub not draining was not much better but at least so far there was no slippery goo.yet. Also, for the last several weeks there has been a problem with lack of hot water & unpleasant changes in water temperatures while showering & water not hot enough to get grease off dishes. I have had lower back surgeries & while walking my dog about a month ago I tripped over a piece of rebar sticking out of the asphalt parking lot. My husband reported it to the office & no one even contacted us to see if I was ok. I am nowthanks for asking. Because I am disabled & currently unable to work that means I spend 95% of my time in our room. I would love to walk more but this is NOT the best, most scenic/safe place to walk, so I watched a lot of TV but channels r very limited & the satellite is unreliable & staff doesn't seem to care & can't be bothered to straighten things out with a phone call to dish network. The internet service provided is inadequate to say the least. We would have subscribed to Netflix, Hulu or something if we could but what good would it do when the internet connection is so bad. The cops are there frequently for some crime or another. Last summer they made the local news because someone’s meth lab blew up & took out three rooms. One morning we noticed two SNIPERS on the roof & lots of cop cars. Someone had robbed a store, stolen a motorcycle & broken into a room & cops were waiting for them to come out! There is always at least one tweeker working on their vehicle in the parking lot at all times &we have been approached by a transvestite prostitute more than once. We have also seen used broken needles & liquor bottles near the dumpster. I don’t understand why this place is such a dump, it’s got to be in somewhere in the management, or possibly it’s just a cover business for illegal activity of some kind, because there are never very many guests no matter the time of year. There is always dog feces lying around & the whole place smells like old urineand garbage. Also, the elevator often smells like urine & there is often vomit present. Laundry costly & sucks. We have voiced our concerns/complaints to the office personnel & on-site managers MANY times. Recently, I called their 1-800 reservation # & made official complaints, THREE times with no reply back to me. Each time they said they had reported my concerns someone from upper management would contact me within 24 to 48 hours but no one ever did. So we just split and are staying at the Affordable Inns down the street at 10300 I70 Frontage Rd. S, Wheat Ridge and we love it so far. Fruitdale park is practically in the backyard, which is great because they have a fenced in off-leash area for dogs & our pitbull loves it. And did I mention that we are paying almost $100 less PER WEEK than Crosslands, they have a pool & free donuts for breakfast.

Booked a room that morning only to arrive later that night with no available rooms as they had "overbooked". We had already paid for the room and was told there was nothing they could do about it. Ok then? Absolute worst place. DO NOT STAY HERE.

You kinda get a bad vibe from this place although when I stayed there nothing actually bad happened. Checking in took us a while because they made us wait and then our room wouldn't open with the room key and the lights inside were on which was kinda weird. But it turned out to just be a door handle that was placed in the door in a wrong way. Room wasn't very clean. Only clean on the surface but if you looked under the bed or next to the bed there was plastic trash and empty bottles and cigarettes. Some parts of the room are broken and the floor looks like somebody died on it in the past. If you don't care about a perfectly clean room it is okay to stay here though. The most important parts looked clean. Like the bed and bathroom. I didn't mind it at all and was able to sleep just fine but it can definitely be upsetting for others because you might not feel safe. The people walking around are kinda weird. Looking like they're on drugs and they watch you a lot and also they have misbehaved dogs. All in all I wouldn't want to come back but I don't regret staying here either.

This was the WORST hotel I have EVER stayed in. We had to sign a waiver that we would not bring prostitutes or controlled substances to the hotel. We were greeted with a partially smoked cigarette on our door handle and the door would not close completely. The whole room was very filthy. I have photos of my husband's feet that were completely black on the bottom from the tile floors after being there one hour. The bed was so hard we had to sleep on the couch. I felt dirtier after using the nasty shower with very little water pressure. Horrible location with people hanging around the parking lot trying to sell you things, screaming kids, and large dogs roaming. I paid for two nights but only stayed one since I felt so unsafe and dirty.
