The hotel was fairly clean, but at about 1 am, one of the staff members opened our room door, turned on a light, then said "Oh F***!" very loudly and woke us up then shut the door and left. Not only did it freak us all out, but it was really rude & unprofessional for her to cuss and not even apologize. When we complained about it all they said was "sorry it was a misunderstanding". Definitely would not stay here again.

Staff were willing to go above and beyond for me. The room was cozy, mostly clean, and a kitchenette and was quiet. The sheets and blankets were clean but the duvet smelled of bo, I just slipped it off the bed. I was lead to believe from a 3rd party site that there was a full breakfast bar and was disappointed they only had a grab and go. Their site says that explicitly. Everyone was friendly and accommodating for the circumstances.

I had a nice week long stay here. I was a little disappointed with the free breakfast but I was probably expecting to much. Hotel rates are very reasonable.

Rooms are clean, but storage for long term occupancy is lacking. Dresser drawers are small and won't hold enough clothes, "closet" is a wire rack and a half with just a half curtain serving as a door.

The "Kitchen" didn't have any utensils, not enough storage for food, it seemed like they were counting on you eating out. Zero pots and pans.

The smell of "Curry" permeated the halls. Towels weren't sufficient to dry off a child. Television was a 32" flat screen.

I would NOT recommend this particular establishment.

The sheets weren't changed. Amenities are few. Staff was quite nice though. I booked through Expedia, and called to confirm, they didn't have my room when I arrived. They were able to find me a "single bed" room for me and my two kids. Breakfast is just a muffin.

We enjoyed our stay here. A very nice motel and staff. Our only problem is that there isn't an ice machine available.

I had stayed in Extended Stay America hotel many times before And this is the worst Extended Stay America hotel ever. Here the address: 8752 South Yosemite St, Lone Tree, CO 80124. If there's a zero star I would have given it zero star. Because No cups, no coffee maker, no plates, no folks, no pots and pans in the room. Called front desk and get zero help and services. 1. She said no to all my requests. A. When I asked for cups she said it's too late and they only issue cups and coffee maker in the morning. It's useless to me because I'm checking in the morning. B. I asked for two beds when check in and she said no, instead she give one king. C. Then I asked for extra blankets and she said no. Don't stay in this Extended Stay America, go somewhere else.

I had stayed at this location a few different times for extended periods. The first stay I only had an issues with dirty sheets. The second stay my towels had hair on them and bed skirts had stains. My third and final stay made me wonder how this hotel is still open.. I had dirty sheets, there was splash stains on the walls by bed, dirty floors, garbage under the bed, towels had hair on them, shower and sink had hair in them and last but not least I had got up to use the bathroom later in the night and there was a cockroach crawling on the bathroom mirror. I killed it and kept it in a cup for the front desk in the morning and tinny surprise they didn't acted shocked, kinda just shrugged it off and said they'd give me free nights.. I told them I wasn't paying for any of this and it ended up getting refunded , never heard an apology or explanation. Just refunded me and had me on my way. This is a sad dirty disgusting excuse of an extended stay I would recommend NEVER staying at this location.

Great place to stay. Great amenities. The room was fantastic. Pool and gym were great. The happy hour was awesome with free drinks and snacks. The complimentary breakfast was great!! The place will be amazing after construction is done.

Very friendly staff. The rooms look a little outdated, but it's nice to have a functional kitchen for longer trips. Convenient location. Clean. Great rates! No hot tub like Google says.

This will be my first 1 star review on any business on any review site but this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Just don't stay here. This happened to me in September:

I booked a room here because I was in town to work on a project at the nearby mall and it was the closest option. I used a third party website to book the room, this was done a few weeks before my trip, everything was paid for and guaranteedsupposedly.

When I tried to check in, the lady told me the hotel was overbooked (never heard of this happening at a hotel) so I would have to be moved to one of their other properties 10 miles away. Not what I wanted, since I was working onsite. I went outside to call other hotels to try to get a last-minute room, to no avail, everything was full. When I went back inside, I saw there was a party of FOUR who just arrived, who were being checked in without a problem. What happened to the hotel being overbooked?! I asked Allie, the lady working the desk, what was going on since she just told me 15 minutes ago there were no rooms available, and she couldn't give me an answer. I called the manager and district manager, whose numbers were posted on the wall, but they didn't answer and never returned my messages.

After waiting 20 minutes for these people being checked in (Allie seems to be literally the only person working), I was frustrated and upset about the situation. I asked where the other hotel they were going to book me into was. Allie told me to lower my voice. I said no, I'm upset, just show me on the map where the hotel is. She refused. I think I'm justified to raise my voice in this situation since your hotel chain has utterly failed your customer.

I work in retail, I know what it's like when customers get pissed off. What you do in that situation is to call your manager. What you DON'T DO is to call the POLICE, which is what Allie did. Note that I did not threaten her, get in her space, or do anything that suggested violence. I just wanted to know where the hell they were trying to send me.

After talking to some police guy in the parking lot, I got through to Extended Stay's customer service, who apologized and finally booked me into a room 10 miles away. I did not have a car for this trip. I spent over $100 on ubers to/from the job site, not to mention my time being wasted in transit.

Now, nearly 4 months later, no manager has ever called me to rectify the situation, despite me calling customer service multiple times, waiting on hold for 20 minutes each time, and getting the same schtick every time: the representative calls the district manager, who is always unavailable, and leaves a message telling him to call me. He has never called me. No one has ever called me back. They offered a $100 refund the first time but since that would barely cover all the cab fare I had to pay as a result of THEIR mistake, it's not good enough.

This company is a joke, the room isn't nice, their workers seemingly aren't trained at all, and no one is responsible for their terrible policies. I've never experienced such horrible customer service, it's absurd. Book literally anywhere else.

The room was nice and clean. Towels were somewhat rough and too small. Did take some time to get checked in, but maybe only 10 min wait. All the staff was pleasant and helpful. Overall good place to stay with lots of places around (shop, eat, movies).

Absolute worst place in Denver. Thankfully only had to stay two nights. The entire room was dirty and dusty. Dust coating the lamps and candy wrappers and a cheerio under the bed. The whole hotel smells horrible. It's a mixture of not being cleaned properly and cigarette smoke. Even opening the windows didn't help with the smell. The telephone wasn't even plugged in and neither was one of the lamps. They only give you two body towels. I figured house keeping would at least give me fresh towels and make the bed but they didn't even do that. Never experienced such awful housekeeping before. The wifi was terrible. Very slow and was always buffering. The women at the front desk wouldn't even print me a receipt claiming they email them. She said the printer was "jammed" while putting paper into it. I have never had a more horrible hotel experience. This place is a dump and the staff are truly incompetent. Not worth the money spent here. There are other places in Denver to stay that are actually clean and worth the money.
