Very clean and comfortable Homewood Suites. I stayed here on a work trip and had no complaints on the experience. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Great hotel with very nice sites. Staff we're very friendly. Breakfast was great every day. All the shopping and restaurants at the Shoes next door are great to have within easy walking distance. Right accord the street from the incredible Focus on the Family visitors center, bookstore, restaurant, and Whit's End world.

The rooms are big & the beds are comfy! The full size refrigerator is nice. There was some sort of leak while we were there and it caused our room & the halls to smell like something had spoiled. If we were ever back this way I would stay there again if the leak was fixed!

Very nice rooms. They offer free breakfast and a free dinner social M-th! My kitchen had no silverware though so that's why 4 stars. Also, shower water pressure is amazing.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was short and sweet - - we arrived around 10pm and left at 5am. The room was nice, clean, and modern. We recommend!

Beautiful hotel with lovely amenities. However I have had to get room keys re-made FIVE separate times and I have only been here for one week. Very disappointed and frustrating to not be able to get into your room after a long day. I understand that they are awaiting a new system but it is simply unacceptable to have your paying customers unable to access their room day after day.

I also asked to speak to a manager and was not allowed to which I found very strange.

Update- I was moved to an entirely different room at 9pm after persistent lock issues. The very next day, however, my "new" room key also began to have issues and I again had to ask for another key to be re-made. The new room I was put in also had a clogged toilet and a shower without running water. 0/10 unfortunately.

We enjoyed our stay this week. This hotel was great. The staff was helpful in many ways from bringing extra towels to a forgotten tooth brush. It was close to different activities we had planned. The complimentary breakfast was awesome! The evening social was tasty! Thank you! We WILL be staying with you again:)

I arrived after 4 pm and my room wasn't ready. Coming in after a long road trip this wasn't the best news to hear. But after 15 mins. they had a room ready, even asking which floor I prefer? The suite was amazing and quite generous in size, and facilities were nice. They also let me do a late checkout at 1 pm. When I asked if it were feasible to check out at 2, they agreed. Now that was impressive. Only issue was there is no food service or restaurant. Other than that I would have stayed a week!

Truly a home away from home. The rooms are great with a living room and kitchen that has everything that you need. Hot breakfast available every morning to give you energy for your day's work or travel. I shared something in their internal feedback survey and i received a quick and personal response from the manager. i will try the pool next time, weather permitting.

I had a great stay. The staff was very friendly, and the property was beautiful. The view of Pikes Peak was stunning and the price was reasonable. Only thing that I didn't like was the fitness center.

Checked in quickly with a helpful front desk, got in the room with no issues. The room was clean and much larger than I was expecting, with a living area separated by a door from the sleeping area. Nice large TVs, a full size refrigerator, counter space in addition to a desk sized table. The bed was big and nice, and there were both firm and soft pillows on the bed. Lots of counter space by the bathroom sink, and plenty of towels available. The bathroom, seemed new and clean, so that was good, too. Overall it was everything I was looking for in my stay.
