Ordered a simple food order, and after 30 minutes wait, was told it would be another 10 minutes because there are 4, count them 4 orders in front of mine. So that's 40 minutes for a grilled cheese sandwich. If you are hungry, order delivery!

Hotel was fine..but what really stands out is the breakfast included with your room. This is no ordinary hotel breakfast, Veronica puts on an amazing spread. Skillet potatoes, eggs, waffles, cereal, fruit, bread, etc. We were planning to check out and get breakfast at a local diner, but once we saw what they had, we ended up staying at the hotel.

Hi, we had the privilege of spending our vacation at the Hyatt Place just last week. What an AWSOME EXPERIENCE! Their staff displayed such genuineness with everything they did. The Breakfast was more then expected, excellent food! Our Room was impeccably clean and beautiful!
We have and will continue to recommend this hotel to all our family, friends and acquaintances; even our friend enemies - lol.

Clean, fun room layout, and laid back. Free breakfast (definitely a selling point for me) and a good shuttle that runs to the airport every 30 minutes. The staff are helpful and friendly!

Very clean room, solid ac (important in the south during the summer), nice amenities. My toilet constantly runs, and there aren't any vending machines (but there's a "galley" you can call down to or stop by and pick up drinks) which is why they get knocked down a star. Prime location if you're doing business at or near the airport.

Awesome front desk attendants. Got in early and they checked my luggage so I wouldn't have to carry it around. Got some work done with good conversation. This is my first time in Atlanta and I'm sure there is a lot more to see and meet good people like the Hyatt Place North staff.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great pricing. Huge roomy king suite, very clean room! Good night security. I had a very enjoyable stay while I was in town for business.

Great airport hotel! Free shuttle and breakfast. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us even though they were full of evacuees from Irma. The rooms were large and comfortable. And malone's nearby had amazing food.

Stayed here with my dad for the John Mayer concert. It was a super nice hotel. It was almost too fancy. They had no vending machines and if you wanted a drink or a snack you had to go down to the main lobby. The breakfast they served in the morning was that good at all. They had no breakfast meat. They tried to make it a little too fancy for my taste. The room was very spacious though which was nice.

The staff here was JUST GREAT. They really made my stay worthwhile, even though I was only there for a night. We got in late and we left early, but this staff still left an impression on me. Great people, would love to stay here again sometime.

Staff was very friendly. Check in was speedy and painless. Location was perfect for the places I traveled around Atlanta. Room was a great size and the price was spot on. Quiet and cozy. Thumbs up Hyatt Place!!!

Nice clean hotel, staff are friendly. Can get pretty busy. Breakfast is better than most including a decent selection. Gym is tiny. One shuttle goes to the airport every 30 minutes. Otherwise not bad.

Hotel check in was good, very nice receptionist. Room was very nice with the exception of under the window. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in 6 months or more. Kind of grossother than that all of the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel. Clean room and good food. Everyone was courteous. There was a power outage for a few hours and hotel employee came to my room to make sure all was OK. I want to make special note of the excellent customer service from overnight desk clerk Donnie, I bought something to his attention about my room just to ensure I didn't get blamed for it and he was very nice to me at 4am! I love Hyatt and will continue to book with them in the future. You get what you pay for with Hyatt.
