The hotel was very busy but the staff was still very friendly and helpful. We had an event in the meeting rooms so I did not get a chance to see any rooms. The lobby was clean and very spacious. I would stay here if I ever needed a room in this area.

Clean hotel, close to the airport. Good customer service. Breakfast is standard for Garden Inns and is good. Indoor pool is a godsend in winter. Shuttle runs twice an hour to the airport, make sure to double check the schedule with the front desk. Coffee downstairs 24/7. Parking is plentiful. Would likely stay here again.

Great staff. Meko is amazing and always there for us. Max was in his 1st week on the job but clearly possessed customer service skills that will take him places. Yvonne kept our facilities spotless and always ready to interact with our class participants. The chef serves up some rocking upside down cake (home made recipe). The only downfall was the hotel was fully booked and it didn't appear they had enough staff on hand to handle the demand (mostly in the restaurant/lounge area) the snow storm kept everyone from venturing out so the staff was overloaded but did the best they could under the circumstances.

Stayed at the Hilton Garden Atlanta Airport North hotel for a business trip. Was moved to a handicap accessible room after a mistake in booking was discovered. The staff was very helpful and considerate of my needs. Wonderful room, kept clean, professional staff. Only issue was the locks were changed on three floors (I'm assuming just an upgrade in security) however I was never informed until I got back to the hotel on the day of. Would have been nice to get a heads up during check-in. Other than that, I'd definitely look to this location for any future lodging needs when I'm in the Atlanta area!

I had a pleasant stay at the Hilton Inn Garden. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I had ample supplies of towels. Room service was extremely discreet and I rarely had any issues. Only reason I would give it 4 stars is because of its location.

Hotel is very nice. Front desk staff is very friendly. All housekeeping staff is really sweet. The only con I have is that there is limited parking and it is very hard to find a space at night. It seems they have enough land to expand on the parking lot but instead it is just dirt/clay and people are forced to park in the dirt if all the spaces are taken.

Rooms were nice with comfortable beds. Right in line with other Hilton Garden Inns. Easy access to the airport via shuttle. More expensive than some other airport hotels but you get what you pay for.

When my children's flight was cancelled I was given a number for the airport shuttle after booking them a room. They called for almost an hour and no shuttle came so another shuttle service was kind enough to pick them up and take them to the Hilton garden inn. It would be greatly appreciated when you speak to a parent about picking their child up from the airport in your shuttle that you actually do so. When children are stranded in other states you should've been the peace of mind not another stressor. Especially for the price you charged for the barely 8 hours they'd be there till their early morning flight.

Checking into the hotel is fast, but parking and dragging you happy luggage there is another story. There is no parking on the front of the hotel, so you need to either Park in the entrance roundabout, check-in, go to your too, then come back down and park the car, or you can park around the side or in the back and walk around to the front. This is a real pain to me. Maybe I'm just being picky. The outdoor space is great. Love the outdoor pool, outdoor couches, fountains, and patio furniture. Bartenders and staff are very friendly. Hotel is clean. Love the mini fridge and microwave area complete with Keurig. Free coffee and water infused with fresh lemon and citrus orange is great. Always love the cookies at Hilton hotels.

Had a room on the fifth floor away from the elevators. It was quiet and clean as you would expect to find. The hospitality was great with the staff being kind and caring even with the number of guests that were staying that day

Indoor pool/outdoor pool with jacuzzi. Buffet breakfast, and room service. Very close to airport. Hotel staff are very nice and accommodating. Very welcoming upon entering, will definitely stay again

Hotel staff was nice. Facilities were clean. Thermostat in room didn't seem to work, unit seemed to only blow cold air in January. Bed was supposed to be adjustable but seemed brokenl, incredibly too firm. Had to call two times to get a blanket, waited two hours.

Our room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and checked us in and out efficiently. The hotel was quiet. However, when we asked for a blanket it took a second call and almost 30 minutes to get it for us. Also, the bed's adjustable firmness did not work and the bed was rock hard.
