The courtesy of the staff is amazing. Everyone is so helpful you really couldn't tell who was regular staff from the property manager and then when I met the property manager she was so down-to-earth and pleasant it was unbelievable. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast was outstanding. I would recommend this place to anyone. I will definitely be staying again!!!

A very solid choice for the area. Yes, there are not that many great restaurants around and it is a bit difficult to order in, but overall the rooms are clean and well appointed (and Roomy). The service has been good to excellent. For some reason, all TVs are dimmed to below average. This saves a bit of electricity but really minimal and it is not really optimal for viewing (not unreasonable, but not optimal). TV channels are more than adequate. The breakfast is good and there is coffee available all day long.

Great place! Nice, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Free shuttle to the airport (don't forget to tip!). Small snack shop (expensive, but a decent option if you get in late and haven't eaten). Good free breakfast. Located within walking distance of several good restaurants (Malone's, Spondivits) and the hotel across the street has a bar.

Clean and easy to get to. Good value. Recommended for business travelers and families. Had some construction going to. While I was there, but it should only enhance an already good hotel.

Overall the hotel was nice. The staff were kind and considerate,the food was good and the hotel was nearly spotless. What a great job the cleaners do here. I do wish that their pool was deeper and For the price payed for a king suite, all received was a mediocre basic bathtub and shower. They should have at least had a whirl pool tub in that expensive suite!

Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. We swam in the outdoor pool, which was nice. Hotel is on the older side but comfortable and clean. I would go there again.

Location was convenient for the airport, and it was nice having a complimentary shuttle. Rooms are quite dated, bed was not comfortable, and there was just in light switch to control the split bathroom, which included the sink in the bedroom. Doubt I'll stay here again.

The service was great. The room was nice with a comfortable bed. It's located near a lot of other hotels and close to the airport. Waffle House and other restaurants near by. My only issue was the parking. The lot was completely full and almost had to park across the street in overflow until someone left. Other than that, we will stay here again when we come to Atlanta again.

Room was spacious and clean. It was the typical Hampton experience, which is why we normally stay at Hamptons when we travel. Wasn't anything exceptional, but it was affordable. Free breakfast met the basic expectations. Parking is an issue - - a large group of motorcyclists were also staying, and were allowed to reserve a large portion of parking, which included ALL of the handicap spaces. Each staff member we met came across as very happy and helpful. Would stay again if was in the area.

We had an absolutely abhorrent experience at the Atlanta airport and missed our flight. We called the hotel to book a room to stay overnight. When we arrived around 11:30pm we were greeted by an amazing and empathetic staff. They immediately asked if we needed toiletries including toothpaste/brush, deodorant, take out menus, etc. Because of our flight the next morning we saw the same folks as the night before. They were still as empathetic as they were hours earlier. The room was clean and ready. It was also very quiet for how close we were to the highway. They made an awful night manageable and the next morning helped us start off on the right foot with their energy and breakfast. Couldn't ask for more given out situation.

Nice place to stay for any type of traveler. There are some good places to eat within walking distance. Easy access to airport and the hotel has a shuttle that runs throughout the day.

Have never been disappointed with Hampton Inn and this particular venue was no exception. Quick and efficient check in. Very friendly staff. Fresh hot complimentary coffee in lobby. Room was spacious and clean. Have not yet had the breakfast but has always been very adequate in the past.
