Before you decide to stay at this hotel!! Please read this and think twiceDo not stay here!! Repeat.Do not stay at this hotel!! I do not understand what has happened to this Hilton. (I use to stay here a couple of years ago often) There have some obvious changes to this property that is definitely for the worst😔😔😔😔 Both of there competitors are now leaps and bounds over this property!! Doors slamming all night, people yelling down the halls, ran out of breakfast food, The hotel ran out of sugar. What establishment runs out of "condiments" I brought it to the attention of the front deskthey were very non responsive to my concerns. I had to get on the phone with corporate to express my concerns!! Wouldn't book this hotel for my worst enemy (or I might so he would mad the next day😠😠)

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Personally my stay here was terrible. I was put in the room next to the elevator and it kept me up all night for my three night stay. The housekeeping was rude. The heat in my room did not work well and I was very cold. The one good thing about this hotel was the service seemed to be good. The employees were as helpful as they could be and I appreciate their efforts. Overall, do not stay here. Stay at a lower budget hotel in the area and you will and your wallet will be happier.

The room was clean and a little cool when we arrived so we turned on the heat. The heat took a while to warm the room but eventually it was warm enough. We kept hearing outside noise from the traffic9th so my husband examined the sliding glass door. We found that it was closed and locked but drafty. The room could have had brighter lighting. And the bathroom could have had more towels. We found two sets. Other than that our room was of adequate size and comfort we had a wonderful evening.

My family and I had evacuate from Florida to stay here on September 9-11 due to hurricane Irma. The room was small. Our headboard of the bed was peeling. We lost power at the hotel and my 8 month old daughter had to take a cold shower in 50 degree weather because we didn't have any hot water. I proceed to checkout the next day because we had to go home but the power was still out. I called the hotel twice since I left because I forget my daughter stuff animal there and was wondering if they could mail it out for me; nobody return my call. Called again and ask to talk to a supervisor about refunding one night of my stay there due to power outages, but nobody return my calls either. I just want to say for future preferences they should have a backup generator and provide enough flashlights for all the guests that's staying there.

Very nice hotel! My husband and I stayed here for a work function in town. We really enjoyed our dinner at the attached marlows tavern! Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful and I was able to have the relaxing night I needed to prepare for the next day.

As with most DoubleTree locations, the staff were great - very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean, although they felt slightly worn and dated. The tv was small and the reception was horrible every time I turned it on, but would eventually get better. Overall, it was a fine place to stay, just definitely not a destination in and of itself.

Loved the place. Oldschool retro feel to the rooms. The balcony was the best on the 5th floor. And love the bar in the front with the restaurant.

I was in town for a conference this past weekend. I checked in the DoubleTree last minute as I had to switch hotels. The check in process was very smooth. Sidon was very friendly and professional. My room was very clean and all of the equipment was in working order. In slept like a baby. The check out process was just as smooth considering there were two family reunions taking place in the hotel. Nevertheless the staff was very kind and friendly thru the whole process. I would definitely stay at the DoubleTree again for sure.

I went to the double tree by hilton to observe the annual high day of the first day of unleavened bread. The staff was pleasant to what I recall also the area was clean and the room we used to keep service was well tempetured and able to accommodate all of the church members who attented.

Very clean public space downstairs, relaxing atmosphere, friendly and courteous staff. Would definitely come here again, and will book with the DoubleTree brand in the future more frequently.

The food was really great. It was a really nice day out, but it was hot so they could've used an additional umbrella outside.

Well, I will start by saying that 98% of the staff was excellent!! The cookies definitely made an appearance!! The double beds, comfortable as hell, were only full size beds(what happened to queen size beds like back in the day?) I should have read more carefully or not assume that with the price of the room, breakfast would be complimentary, well shame on me because it wasn't! While I've usually have had a great experience with Hilton hotels, this was new.Turns out, the breakfast is $14 per person (really, who eats $14 worth of breakfast?). So, after I was embarrassed trying to get a $3 glass of orange juice, my family and I decided to jump in the car, head to Shoney's for a economically delicious breakfast. Also, that night, there was some questionable individuals in the back of the parking lot, smoking weed, while the so called "security officer" sat in the lobby and looked like she was complicating suicide because she couldn't believe she was working this bottomless job!! Well, it was an incident free night and we were comfortable. But some OJ would have been nice for $130!! If this is the new and improved Hilton, you may want to consider a Choice hotel, at least you can get a cup of coffee or tea!! #ijs
