We arrived at the hotel using a Delta voucher at 3 am following an injury suffered in the airport and hours in the ER . The staff immediately found a wheel chair and whisked us to a room where we had time only to clean up and take a nap before boarding a connecting flight. 2 hours later, the same helpful young man arrived at our door with the wheel chair to help is make the shuttle and thereby our connecting flight. This was 10 star service, and made our ordeal much better in the end. The hotel was beautiful, quiet, and the beds were super comfortable. The staff was the friendliest I have ever encountered. I highly recommend this hotel.

My company uses this hotel when I come to Atlanta for training. The rooms are nice and clean. No smells. Breakfast is not bad. Only tried the food at the grill and it was decent.

Yet another example of a very run down and dated Hilton property. The lobby area has been recently renovated, but the common areas, halls, and elevators are badly worn and need of a touch-up. The elevators were filthy and the concierge lounge was far too small for a hotel of this size. However, the rooms have been updated and are fairly clean and appointed well for a business traveler. The workout area is newer and the equipment was in good repair, but the pools were shut down for "maintenance" and there were no workout towels. It is definitely a location based higher rate hotel to the ATL airport, so be mindful for what you are paying for.

The Hotel room and bathroom was very decent and spacious. Bed was comfortable and the linen smelt fresh. Breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of good choices to feast on. Lunch was very tasty as well. All in all i would give the hotel a 4.5 stars

Very swanky motel. Of course I’m used to motel 8s and the like. Very nice rooms. I like how the rooms have no carpet and laminate floors instead. All the staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a really good gym with fruit even. An exceptional indoor outdoor pool. I dropped a star for the restaurant. They don’t open until 0630. Ate at the Starbucks in the lobby. They’re breakfast is lacking for choices anyway. Other than that a nice place to stay.

I was told one price then asked if I wanted to pay for breakfast which by the way was $22.00. When we got there we informed them that we couldn't eat breakfast because our plane left to soon and the food wouldn't be out until 6am we we had to leave by 5 am the front desk had already given our room keys when we told her we didn't want the breakfast. She then told us she upgraded our room. (HOW CAN YOU UPGRADE THE ROOM WHEN YOU DIDNT KNOW THERE WAS A ISSUE UNTIL AFTER YOU HAD ALREADY GIVEN US THE ROOM KEYS?) Not cool. At the end of the day and some conversation we got the room for what we were told Originally. The room was clean it had quality shampoo and conditioner. But I don't think I will re-visit Hilton properties if I have other options. I dislike dishonest it's bad business.

Great staff and facility. Feels a little dated but things seem to be in the process of being updated. Breakfast was good with wide variety of selection to choose from. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The Hilton Atlanta Airport Hotel is very convenient and offers several different options for dining in the hotel, along with a complementary shuttle to other options. The rooms are beautiful and the beds comfy and the shampoo was a higher quality than most hotels I've stayed in; the soap was not so much. The reason for rating it four stars instead of five is that the coffee in the room was the worst coffee I have had in any hotel ever, and I've stayed in quite a few hotels of varying quality. Because the Hilton is reasonably nice in every other aspect, including service which was very prompt, the fact that they failed in this one aspect makes it that much worse. Overall, I recommend staying here; just purchase your code from the little store in the lobby.

I generally come here for conferences and to telework in general common area near front desk (it's my remote office so to speak). It's close to home and generally quiet in the common areas. It's a very busy hotel, being so close to the airport, but the staff is very friendly and personable. I've never actually spent the night in a room here so I cannot attest to how comfortable the beds sleep. There is a coffee bar, restaurant, and concession area. Prices on anything are at least 20% higher than what you would pay at gas station one block away.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. Always a pleasant experience. I had not been there to stay in a couple of years, but was excited to stay this week. I didn't get to my room until late due to meetings and didn't thoroughly check it when I first walked in, big mistake. The shampoo (luckily I pack my own) was missing, the bath soap was missing and only 1 towel and 1 washcloth. Had to make a decision about washing my face and using the 1 left to use versus saving for the morning shower. The following morning, get ready to shower (gonna use the face soap - has to be the same stuff, just labeled different) and wait 15 minutes with water running, no hot water. I had to just go ahead and jump in and shower as quick as I can. When you have long hair, washing shampoo and conditioner out takes time, needless to say, I ended up with oily hair and a NO SHAVE LEG DAY. Went to the front desk, politely let her know about my room conditions. She stated she would send someone to fix. Got back to my room very late the second night. Should have not trusted the Hilton team, the next morning, no hot water. DAY 2 NO SHAVE LEG DAY! I haven't had to take a cold shower since three hurricanes crossed over the state of Florida. My Hampton Inn hotels are better than this service. Wont stay there again!

Where do I start. I stayed at the Hilton this last past weekend for a volleyball tournament and I cannot express how this was NOT the Hilton experience I expected. From the beginning, my reservation was cancelled because I arrived the next morning which was related to the Interstate 85 collapsing and I20 being shut down. When I tried to call the hotel to let them know I would be arriving late, I was put on hold several times. When I explained to the first rep that I spoke with, she completely disregarded what I said and this was broadcasted all over news stations across the county so I knew that they were aware. I had to go through reservations twice only to be hung up on when connected back to the hotel. Finally another lady did take care of me but by then I was exhausted. I did have to pay an up-charge for their executive suite which wasn't different from the regular double rooms. The 2 nights I stayed there, room service did not restock our towels. We had to request them. I used their "complimentary coupons" which came with the executive suite to dine at their Finish Line restaurant and waited 2 hours for my food, literally. The waitress with curly hair that took my order was very professional and apologized for the long wait. However the waitress with the long braids behind the bar was very rude as if it was our fault that we were waiting for our order. The next morning was check out and we decided to use our breakfast coupons only to find that they closed the Herb's and Kitchen restaurant because they were out of food! Who does that! How do you have to shut down your stand because you are out of food! Then there is the manager who just so happened to be standing next to the rep that checked me out. She asked me of my stay and I informed them both of everything that I experienced. He then apologized and also explained that they were opening the restaurant back up but they were restocking due to the volleyball crowd and personally took us back there and told us to get what we wanted. There was no breakfast food, just candy and snacks and sodas so I'm not sure as to what was restocked. I will not stay at this hotel again and I'm still in disbelief that this is the type of treatment that I received at the Hilton. We are talking about the Hilton not Holiday Inn. And to the manager, thank you for the Snicker bar and the bottled water.

Floors needed to be vacuumed or mopped better, needed clean glasses in the room. Food and snacks in lounge was good. Buffet breakfast was also very good.

Service was excellent. Upgraded to junior sweet thanks to being a rewards member. View was awesome. If service and quality are high on you list of requirements for a hotel stay, this should be your hotel.

We stayed on the executive floor. It was a holiday, but other guests were loud through the walls late into the night. The lounge wasn't very nice, however I think it had a lot of people and kids in it that day, so that is probably why. The breakfast in the lounge (at least the eggs and muffin - only things I had) was very good. The hallway seems old and didn't smell great, however the room had been redone and was very nice and very clean and had great amenities. Loved the room. Everyone who worked there was very friendly, helpful and polite. The shuttle to and from the airport and restaurants was great. So, the staff, service and room made it a great place, just could have done without the noise.
