Comfy bed. Fantastic customer service
Decent. Not up to usual Marriott quality. Carpets are pretty dirty and the room smelled of, well, people. Not clean people. I was fairly disappointed.
Room was very clean and modern. We had to evacuate Tampa for hurricane Irma and this was one of the few rooms we could find. Overall we were very satisfied with cleanliness, but rating it a 3 based on price and what you get. I was shocked to find that we didn't have a microwave or anything to heat food up on. Also fridge was very small with no freezer. Being that we had to rush out quickly we have been forced to heat up food on road and also we brought extra ice packs to keep stuff fresh. Basically this made things impossible for our situation. We paid $200 for room and no breakfast was included. From my travel experience prices were inflated due to everyone in area. Room would be worth $80 based on other rooms I've stayed in while on business.
This was my first time staying here. At first I was afraid of what I was going to due to my past experiences. But, I must say I was very pleased. I really enjoyed it. The room was nice and clean and the staff were very welcoming. They were also very helpful to our needs. I would gladly recommend the stay here to others.
I am currently one the phone with Courtyard by Marriott because their Northlake location in Tucker Ga. over charged my in-laws, and will not reverse the charges. This is an elderly couple, who came to visit relatives, and left with their CC being overcharged. They stayed one night and was charged for three. When they found the charge on their CC statement they immediately called to ask them for help. They had several conversations with the front desk only to be turned away with no help. Finally they called their CC company and had a three way call with their front desk, only to have the CC representative say he had never heard of a front desk person be so NASTY. This is total unacceptable with them not even attempting an investigation of the matter. At every turn the manager was conveniently not in. She did her due diligence to get this matter resolved before it came to this, but it still has not been resolved. NEVER STAY HERE!!!! THE FRONT DESK IS HORRIBLE. The manager's never respond and this is why we are here now. Courtyard by Marriott needs to set this straight and help us resolve this.
Another one of Courtyard Marriott's neat little hotels. Friendly staff. Rooms were tidy and well maintained. Has just 2 stories and hence no elevator, only a neat stairwell. Nice Bistro available on the first floor. A little market exists to buy water and snacks 24 hours a day.
Let me start with the green pool granted the pool is not open but just very nasty looking to see when you walk in the courtyard. Apparently picking up track in the parking lot and outside your room with you go out on the patio is not something the hotel cares to do. No complimentary coffee. If you wish to stay in a rundown fleabag. This is for you
I was attending a regional gaming event that involved costuming; the hotel was extrwmely gracious and accomadating, and the conference rooms we were provided with were outstanding. The outdoor patio area and gazebo were also extremely lovely, and I very much enjoyed my time here. If I need a hotel in the area to spend the night for any other reason, I will come back here.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and clean. I will definitely return to this hotel.
Shower was warm at best. And wifi was temperamental. Staff was super friendly and facility was clean.
Service was quick, room was very clean and comfortable. Location felt safe for Atlanta. No complaints, I would stay here again.
